Bought on 3/18/21, used once for about an hr. Placed on shelf & not touched again till attempted to use 5/5/21. Will not turn on even after charging. Shows black screen and cursor. Of course it is after Best Buy’s rerun period. Definitely would not buy again.

2nd one upgraded to this. Using zoom doesn't work. The screens starts to go in and out but you can still hear. I've had this one for a month & of course it has taken about 2wks for an appointment

This laptop is a perfect size but for some reason the screen glitches after a while and all I see are fuzzy words and then color lines going up and down the whole screen. I purchased this this laptop for school and did not use it right after I purchased it. I finally took it out the box a month later when school started, and it has not even been three months yet and its already glitchy. I would not recommend this to anyone. I regret this purchase.

battery went bad with in 6 months, took almost 2 weeks for a new replacement, they do not transfer data or hard drive so use a cloud back up before sending

Began to have issues with the screen less than 2 weeks after purchase, including distorted pixelation, image retention, and discoloration. I tried everything from updating drivers to reinstalling the monitor with no improvement. I now have to ship the brand new computer back to Microsoft for a hopeful fix. Do yourself a favor and google "microsoft surface image retension issues" before you purchase this subpar laptop.

returned to get iPad instead. Had to turn off safe home mode to upgrade to Windows 11. That's silly since it's a one-way switch.

Didn't like the battery life, screen brightness and it got hot using it on my laptop.

The computer was great , but it would not take charge with the included cable. I returned it back to Best Buy.

Very loud and hot. Considering using warranty. Shouldn’t be running like this.

When I received it the delete key on it was loose/coming off. Not a huge deal got the job done. However I turned it off one night went to turn it on in the morning, and boom nothing. 100% sure it was charge it was on the charger all night and plugged in. I returned it and bought a MacBook Air. With the M1 chips they greatly out perform these anyways and much more bang for your buck.

Good laptop but I was not a fan of how small it is. Was hard to type

I just got this earlier today and let me tell you.. I am so glad that i went with this laptop. I was going in for a Macbook Air but they didn't have the one I wanted so the salesman helped me get this. I am a die hard Apple fan, i have plenty of Apple products but this computer made me not miss the fact that I wasn't typing on a Mac. Battery life has been solid so far, fingerprint sensor has worked 100% of the time. The computer itself is very lightweight, updated all the apps it had to install as well as the new windows 10 update and the fans didn't come on once; no overheating issues either. Very portable and sleek. Trackpad is amazing, as well as the keyboard. The keys have good travel, none stick, and it feels very good and comfortable to type on. Only thing I wish it had was the backlit keys; mainly because it was 750.00 after taxes, but I can make do. You really should give this little computer a shot. I am so glad I did.

After purchasing quite a few tv and laptops from BB this is the first time wife's brand new laptop will NOT let her install a quilting program. She is NOT a happy camper. Will call Geek Squad for help and do another review.

Battery life was definitely not good for a college student. Before I purchased I was told it was prefect for that it’s not. Had to go and get new one because I was told it was just the one I had. Not true.

The battery life is horrible, I thought moving away from home or asus would've been a smart idea but the battery last triple time this does

Love it! I use it for college and its great on accessing any platform or systems my school requires me to have access to in order to do my assignments. I've had it for 3 years now and it's still in great condition. It is not slow and doesn't over heat easily.

Four days after I purchased a new model (not refurbished) and picked up this laptop Windows is kicking me out at random times and updating. This won't do.

The key board does not back light. 15vdc charging means you will only be able to charge by plunging into a wall outlet. Unlike some other Surface devices.

Windows will not allow you to sign in. I know it's the correct password, and captcha being entered. Had it 2 days, Returned.

Laptop crashed one month past being a year old. Less than one month after warranty expired
