Meets my personal Laptop needs. Only issue I have is that the charging cable doesn't easily connect. I have to kind of jiggle side to side to get the light to come on. It falls out easily as well. I haven't inquired to see if it's a defect since I don't use it that often.

This product is very cool and efficient. However the finger print reader doesn’t always work. The facial recognition still doesn’t register as an option. Overall, it is serving its purpose, thank you for having this item. This is product is great, but need more time before I pick people I suggest it too.

Great Laptop for the price. Am a huge fan of the small form factor size. The screen bezels are much thinner then even the flagship Surface laptop 4 and the trackpad + keyboard feel equally as premium.

Upgrade for my Surface Pro 1, ha! ha! What is there to say improvement over old tech I like everything but would add one piece of advice. Lighted keyboard would have been nice, not necessary but nice to have sometimes.

This is a nice laptop for the price, but I returned it because it wouldn't upgrade to Windows 11 even after I updated Windows 10 until it was up to date. Also disappointed that it didn't support a pen.

A little pricey for what you get. Comparable HPs are less expensive and reliable. Bought it because it was supposed to give increased battery life over others but this is not the case. Battery life horrible.

I purchased this laptop on June 8, 2021 for $650.00. Honestly loved it; the color, light-weight, easy to use. Around Aug. 14, I was using it and it said it had a low battery ... it died while I was using it and I go to plug it in. It won't start like it usually does. I wait several hours, still nothing. I took it to Best Buy Geek Squad for it to be looked at & they couldn't figure it out. Told me it has to be shipped out which will take a couple of weeks! It was only 2 months old!!! I did not do anything to it, I took such great care of it and then all of a sudden poof nothing! It is really aggravating I spent a decent amount of money on this new laptop for it to stop working in only 2 months. Furthermore, it does this right when I start school. My last semester of college! Luckily it is still under manufacturer warranty and I did spend the extra $300 to get the 3-year warranty plan but this is ridiculous. I will be contacting Microsoft to complain about their useless product. It was sent out to their repair factory on Aug. 16, it is not Sept. 2 and all I've been told is that they are waiting for a part to be replaced. Obviously a defect on Microsoft's end. And what I've had to do since school started Aug. 23 is buy another laptop, I bought a cheap ~$300 Google Chrome ... so in the past few months, I've spent $650 + $300 warranty + $300 Chromebook ... = $1250, all because this product did not work 2 months into a purchase as it should have. DO NOT BUY!!!!

I purchased this for my son to get him through his Associates degree in college. He may need a bit more in a laptop. However, he is undecided about his major so we decided to wait to make a big purchase until then.

Great laptop for simple functions. I use primarily for browsing, email and excel. Wouldn't recommend pushing it much past that. If you keep it simple it is perfect.

Well, I should say I'm 100% satisfied with my new purchase but unfortunately I didn't know I would have much less GB comparing with my old one which has over 1,000 and when all my data was transferred to the new one they have to used 2 flash drives.

Notice most positive reviews are within a month of purchase. Bad reviews refer to problems with the screen/display. Just three months after purchasing my son's laptop (and with very normal use) the screen has stopped working. Laptop is nicely, designed, lightweight, and when it worked, the display was good...but none of these features matter if quality control is this poor. It is disappointing to buy a product that needs repair after just 3 months.

My overall purchase went very well. I had an excellent sales representative who was very knowledgeable about her job and the product that I purchase. She was very helpful and kind and I appreciate it very very much.

I bought this laptop from graduate school and although its small, it suits my needs. Only thing that annoys me is that the charger doesn’t sit in the port well & os knocked out easily.

This has been the best laptop I've owned. I bought the surface when it first came out. I loved it. It was quickly dated, and I'm so glad I was acquainted with the new and improved product from Microsoft.

Great laptop but the power cord sucks. The tech told me when I bought it there were often power cord issues so I guess this isn’t a surprise. I have to find just the right plug and just the right location for this baby to charge. It’s more temperamental than Ted Cruz.

Love this laptop. Does the job for me. I use it for school and writing papers. Only downside that I have encountered is that if it gets too hot the screen glitches a bit. I just turn it off and let it cool and then I am good to go again.

So far so good, although, it appears that some downloads you may want are blocked because they are not part of Microsoft. For example, can't download the full Norton package. It allowed only a portion, but not the full Norton 360

I have brought this as a Christmas gift for my little brother for school work and so far he is loving his New laptop. I am glad that this is working for him and no issues at all.
