I love the laptop! This is a great Microsoft product. The only thing I do not like is the charger. I don't know why Microsoft makes the chargers the way they do, but they are prone to getting damaged.

I ordered online and picked up my Surface Laptop Go at the time designated. There was real time communication provided and the process was seamless. The Surface was also easy to setup.

Really nice laptop, small and snappy. Probably would like a bigger screen, but resolution is good enough, for the size. The power supply can be a little bit finicky when connecting. But hopefully they will go soon with a usb c port instead of the proprietary one.

On the costly side for its specs, but a fantastically built and designed laptop. This is several steps up compared to other brands for a similarly spec'd computer, but you do pay a premium.

No complaints after getting a replacenent. First model received was defective, screen was acting up and camera didn't work but now no issues and very good upgrade from a chromebook. Great for online school.

The laptop is best for daily chores like browsing and watching Netflix. I was looking for a sleek laptop that can suffice my need for daily work. The price is a little bit on the higher side but it's totally worth it.

This is a nice little laptop for my college student. I bought one for my oldest daughter and when my next one was ready for college, I bought her one too. Dependable, quick and easy to use!

It boots up fast, when it decides to start. Many times, it freezes on power up and have to let battery die before able to start up. I have learned on my own that I have to pause auto updates as it will update in the background and when computer goes to sleep fr inactivity, it will freeze up the whole computer. I took it back within a week and they got it to start up but did not tell me how to prevent it, again. I am over 30 minute drive from nearest best buy, so taking it in is not an option. Can Geek Squad help if I can't even turn it on? Frustrating....

Good laptop for regular work for professionals and students - using Microsoft office streaming etc. very affordable at 550 dollars for 128gb ssd. Has a premium finish. Happy with the purchase

Was looking for a little laptop for school or on the go. Already have the Surface Go very cute by the way. Wanted something a little bigger for on the go. Laptop Go came just in time. Plus this Sandstone color is super cute.

I needed a computer for some simple things, like email, using websites, streaming films and TV series and using Quickbooks. This is perfect for all these and more! Well worth the money!

Truck drivers and delivery/set-up was great with friendly, and efficient installers. I'm very pleased as showed up on time and quick and simple removal of old stove/oven to garage. Thank you so much.

My husband is coming into the age of technology now that he has something larger than his phone to use for e-mail and watching shows. It was definitely a great purchase.

Knowledgable staff, great inventory, and quick processing of the sale. I couldn't have been more pleased with best Buy. The Surface laptop is excellent, if just a little small for larger hands.

It was a good experience, but since I bought it, in a little span of time, I encountered two major problems, one was solved and another is still here, the touch sign in is not working.

I looked for a budget laptop to gift for basic use and found this surface laptop handy, all features and so lite to carry around. It’s a good buy certainly for basic everyday use.

I love the surface line of computers and tablets, I wish they had better battery life. I feel like I have to always have it hooked up to the charger. This is my second surface product

I’m getting a new business started so i needed a new laptop. It is compact , 12 inch I believe but my desk is crowded so it’s okay. I cannot complain or give it praises just yet. So far , so good

We took the plunge w/ buying a laptop for our 11 yr old son. Surface Go Laptop was the best overall value/deal. Best Buy blue shirt was fantastic guiding us all thru the options & decision process!
