Great laptop! Fast and great graphics. No bloatware! I love it!!! The battery is a wee bit lacking, but not bad by any stretch. Overall an excellent choice!

The laptop is perfect!! I work from home and this computer is perfect. If I have to travel it's easy and light to carry and the connection is pretty fast. It does not disappoint.

This computer is good for school and for other reason I recommend it to all of you but the only problem is that I might get dirty fast or that’s just it my opinion but for me I don’t mind and the keyboard and the mouse and so soft .

The device is great for a backpack and holds a charge. The challenge is with the in-store service (did not add or suggest a carry case, needed operating programs).

This was a gift for my daughter. This is exactly what she wanted and perfect for school this Fall semester. We had excellent customer service as well.

This is an excellent laptop if you want it for daily use. The resolution is not that great, but if you like the Premium Surface line from Microsoft, this is a good laptop for everyday regular use.

I love this laptop for word projects and when I’m on the go! I’ve always been a Mac person but this was an easy transition!

Good product. Have only one minor issue so far and this that because the keyboard is gray and letters are white on keys it is not easy to see them in low light.

The computer is very nice; it has a clear display and it runs well, but I'm leaving a bad review because the charger it came with arrived broken. In order to get it to work, I have to jiggle it around, move it to different wall sockets, straighten and then bend the cable, etc. I'd expect that if the charger was a couple of years old, but this is supposed to be a brand new computer so I would expect the same of any add-ons it comes with.

Decent laptop. Kinda pricy for its abilities but I guess that's what you get when looking for a laptop with good power on the "small" size range.

Though this has i5, the RAM should be at least 16gb. This is good for Office suite and media watching. Any gaming (even basic) is going to stall this laptop.

I absolutely love this laptop. I’ve had zero problems with it since my purchase and I bring it every where. I even use it for small scale gaming and it handles it like a dream.

I love this computer. It feels really sturdy and the color is so perfect. I bought this computer for an online graduate program and it’s been perfect for everything I’ve needed to do.

Gets really hot. Not enough RAM, the 10th gen intel cheap is really inefficient. Would look elsewhere but still solid for its price

Was very excited to have this unit delivered, I've always used and trusted Microsoft products. However, big issue, it would not start up. I've never experienced this with MS before, other makers, yes, but not MS. I'm optimistic that the replacement will work just fine. But of course I'm just an optimistic type of guy too. Taking it back to Best Buy for an exchange. (Thank goodness I did not wait two weeks before plugging it in and trying it!) At least they give you 15 days for a "no reason at all" exchange, but this is a good reason - like, whoa, the machine does not work!

I’m surprised about a few things, some are my fault for not reading clearly. I was shocked that there was not hdmi port, I assumed that was standard. The screen resolution is just ok. The two biggest things I dislike is the charger port, it doesn’t fit in there securely so it comes flying out if you move it the wrong way. The second thing is the lack of a backlit keyboard, also something I assumed would be standard at this price point. So like I said, I probably should have read more and not assumed but for the price, I’d expect more.

This is a good laptop with one major flaw, the lack of a lit keyboard. I have a new MBP and a Dell desktop/laptop but wanted a super portable device to take with me on the go and this one fits that requirement nicely except that the keyboard is very difficult to see unless one is in a well lit environment. I don't understand why Microsoft skipped this crucial feature and I am considering returning it for MacBook Air instead.

Love it ! We purchased 3 in total . The first one was mine.Second one was for my daughter in college and the third one was for my son that was starting college.
