Practical, light, easy to use and beautiful minimal design. I purchased it right before a trip to Hawaii and I loved how light it is. The touch screen is a plus. The only negative thing I can think of if that the screen is glossy, which can be difficult to see outside with bright sun.

This labtop is the best laptop i have ever had. It has everything i ever need and it is great for college with all of my classes and school work. I teach at college the software has easy design and layout that easily allows me to design and email all of my student. I have gotten all of my friends to buy the same laptop as well.

Small but powerful! SSD and i5 processor makes such a huge difference in performance. I like the portability and use of a tablet, but having this laptop has made me love it more than a tablet. Just the fact of been able to use it on your lap is a must for me now. Been a Windows laptop, the battery is good but could be better.

I had an old Windows 7 laptop that was on its last leg. I told the tech person what I expected in a computer, what I wanted to use it for, and how much I wanted to spend. She looked at so many different ones. Finally ,she found one that is perfect for me, the Microsoft Surface Laptop Go.

I really enjoy this laptop. I wanted a macbook but decided to get this one because it was lower in price. I like how small and light it is makes it easy to move around and put in my backpack. The only problem I have with it is when it gets hot the fans can get pretty loud. Other than that touchscreen is nice and the fingerprint responses pretty fast. Happy with my purchase

Loved the interface and touchscreen. Simple to use and something about it from other laptops I liked. I hate that I had to return this. Didn’t work with a device I bought it to work with. If it wasn’t for that I would have kept it. If you just want a simple laptop that works great recommend.

I purchased this laptop for my son who is in middle school. It is very easy to use and the touch screen feature as well as the lightweight design is just what he needed. We wish the fingerprint access worked a little better. He does have to do it several times to log on using this feature. Still a great product.

Overall this laptop is exactly what my girlfriend needed for school. Its lightweight, affordable, and efficient for daily usage and getting school work done. The only thing I don't like about it is that the keyboard doesn't light up but other than that I highly recommend this laptop!

Such a beautiful laptop. Fast and easy to use. Nice color.

It's a great little laptop. It is used primarily for business; imputing orders, reviewing documents and reports. It has a 2x3 screen so the extra depth is valuable real estate so minimize scrolling. It is lightweight but sturdy, the keyboard and touchscreen are responsive and there's plenty of juice for watching videos.

Great Battery Life, Speed, Display, use, work, great

I have waited almost two years to write this. I love this little laptop! I was previously an Apple user but due to job loss, this was the only laptop I could afford. I thought it would be perfect to hold me over until I could afford to buy a new Macbook, but I have lost the desire or need to do that. This thing is perfect for documents, web browsing, emailing, and all the basic things you'd need it for. I'm not sure how it would work for anything super technical, but if you need to do the basics it is perfect! My only issue is the keyboard isn't backlit, so if it is too dark it can sometimes be an issue. But that's actually the only negative.

This Laptop, what's a great buy it help my son to go to college? It's help him be able two look up all thing for his class. I would definitely buy another for one my kids.

I love this laptop! I have had it for 2 years now and it has been worth the investment. I use it mostly for school and writing papers. The touch screen is a feature I had to have, and I would never get another laptop without it.

I had this computer for about two weeks. While I love the build and the feel of it (it feels premium) the aesthetics of it didn't make up for the lack of speed, how fast the battery drains, and its screen resolution (that's just me). If this PC with its size would've had a better processing chip, better battery life, and screen resolution in my opinion, this would've been a top contender to Apples laptops given its size. Theres other PCs on sale now that beats this to a pulp spec wise (Lenovos, Asus, HP etc.), but appearance and build wise its awesome... I do miss it, but I'd gone with something more reliable, more premium, and I'm able to get more bang for my buck (MacBook Air M1). This PC is great for someone who casually browses and doesn't plan on using it for substantial amounts of time (students for school, kids, quick Zoom meetings, or etc in that category) or perhaps great for someone who wants to feel as if they own a premium laptop, but doesn't mind its "meh" performance, than this one is for you. In my opinion, the surface line of laptops could've taken the cake and made its competitors go back to the drawing board if they would've gave its users what they're asking for spec wise. While it feels premium, its performance across the board with its slow I5 chips doesn't justify the high price tag... If it sounds like I'm going back and forth with loving and hating it, you're right... while was excited to own it, I was also disappointed... hopefully this helps out if you're looking to purchase this laptop lol

i have been waiting this for 4 days since my old laptop died suddenly, it's actually amazing, really smooth gesture and work fine with multitasking, looks great as well. Hope it will be reliable. Would recommend to those who want a portable laptop.

The size of this laptop is just right, not too big and not too small. Smooth performance, very quick startup, and long battery life, at least 8 hours. It doesn't have a backlit keyboard but it has a touch screen feature which I really like.

Great product! I needed a lightweight, portable laptop for mainly zoom meetings and word processing and this is perfect. I really like the keyboard. Set up was very easy. Has a decent battery life between charging. Overall a nice sleek little computer.
