I had bought this product twice. I enjoy using it. I love the way it looks and it's functional. Unfortunately, both times, there have been constant humming noises coming from the keyboard. I don't like the humming noises from the keyboard. I know that the computer and keyboard are trying not to be overheated. But there should be a way where cooling it down with the fans shouldn't make so much noise while doing it. I pray that the maker of this product can remedy this in the future.

The is just what I was looking for and performs well with everything I do. I wish the battery life was better but it’s still ok. Very happy with this purchase.

Awesome laptop for the price! It’s not crazy expensive and the screen and Specs are great! I wish it has a bigger ssd for the price of entry but it’s not bad.

First of all…. I love the color. It’s so classy. It’s a little small and it does not have a light, but it’s a beauty.

Bought this for my Grand mother who is close to 80 and she loves she answers her emails and plays solitaire on it

Nice little computer that works. The only issue I had was the 2nd monitor always goes out. I have to shut down to get both monitors to work.

The screen on this is very crisp and after having it for awhile it has lived up to its awesome ratings

After receiving a great service, by a very professional sales lady, Teniya, I bought this unit and it satisfy my needs.

Overall, I like the computer, especially the touch screen. However, not having a backlight for the keyboard is more annoying than I thought it would be.

Brought this for my daughter perfect gift. This came in handy during virtual learning. Comes with built in camera even better.

Computer seemed to be amazing but when I picked up my package from Best Buy after ordering it online for Christmas the package was damaged on the front with a crease, I asked to open it before I purchased it and when we did it was completely shattered and damaged, product seemed good but customer service at Best Buy is a 0/5, took me three days to get a refund due to the system needing to register a return on my card. Eventually went with a pro 7 and it’s amazing. I will never purchase another laptop from Best Buy after this event.

We purchased one of few month ago for my oldest son. We were so happy with it we got this one for our youngest son. Great product! Great service!

Has been a reliable computer for my daughter. She uses it for college, games, social media.

Doing ok so far. This is used by our daughter to run her drawing tablet and does that job well. Isn't used for anything really strenuous so can't comment on that.

Great laptop for what my 19 year old engineering student needed to run CAD / CAM software. Very powerful for the price.

MS did not disappoint. It is pretty well built, looks rich and love the Ice blue color. Rating 4 and not 5 starts because it does not have a backlit keyboard. Otherwise a great product.

As far as I’m using it, its been pretty good. The battery is okay, it does quickly reduce though. I suggest getting this if it’s your first laptop.
