As an accountant, I have used Microsoft products for many years. This is the perfect laptop to take on my travels. It is lightweight and portable and I have synced with my home computer to seamlessly move between them.

Impressed by how light and fast this system is. It has a sleek look that’s reminiscent of the Apple/Mac look for better or for worse. I don’t mind the look at all as the most important thing to me is how the machine performs and it performs well.

New to Microsoft but enjoying it so far, i love the smooth keyboard. The speed is good as well as the battery life. The 14 inch screen is small but im adjusting. This is my first Microsoft Surface and I would recommend it to a friend.

This is a great little laptop. I mostly use it for basic stuff but its all I need. Its fast and lightweight. The only thing I didnt like was windows s, good thing its easy to get out of safe mode.

Took advantage of Best Buys Trade-in programs and got the Microsoft Surface Laptop Go! This laptop is the best windows based laptop I have ever used. Build quality on par with Apple but much better value. Keyboard, trackpad is also very nice. Getting over seven hours on screen on time surfing the web, netflix, etc.

Its sleek and chic. I love the design but more importantly I adore the performance. I do the basic tasks needed for my assignments and lectures. The one complaint is that the hinge is very limited. I was under the pressure I would have a much flexible hinge with a touch screen.

Bought it for my son, who is going to college. Pretty good for any students because of the light weight, features (specially touch screen). With 8Gb RAM and SSD, it is a sleek & smooth PC. By the way, bought it when it was on sale for $600 :D

Bought for my GF, she loves it. I didn't know it was a touchscreen when I bought it, was mostly for the color. She doesn't game, she just watches alot of youtube and looks at memes on facebook. The ocasional Netflix, so it's perfect for her.

It is a great laptop for what my mom uses it for. Good battery and looks nice. Good screen and features and for the price it really can’t be beat. Love everything about it just don’t expect to use it for games and you will be happy.

This is my first actual purchase of a physical Microsoft product. Its very similar to my 2019 MBP down to the fingerprint login, but with the gorilla touchscreen and a fraction of the cost, I'm genuinely thrilled with the quality. It comes in S mode, which I've always removed in the past, but now I'm thinking Adobe needs to offer their products on the MS store or risk losses, because there's no reason IMO to have to turn off S mode to use a standard like an Adobe product. As for Google, I can use my Chromebook, but overall, I'm very satisfied with this purchase and imagine myself sticking with Microsoft's lineup in the future.

We purchased the Go Laptop as a compromise between the Surface Go, and our old Surface laptop. It's lightweight and versatile, faster than the Go, easy to use. It's worked out very well for our high school daughter.

It’s portable, updated, and easy to use. I received a student discount, so it was a fair deal. I’ve always been satisfied with Microsoft. I love the Color. The only downside is that it’s only 128 GB, but I can but external storage.

This Laptop definitely meets all expectations and more. I needed an upgrade on my old Surface Pro and this was just too good of a deal to pass up. Lightweight, powerful, docks to my usb-c station, and good looking laptop. I would recommend this to everyone.

Needed a new laptop for school. This one has good battery-life, a sleek design, and enough processing power to make school- related tasks and programs run smoothly. It also can run the new Windows 11 OS.

Having used it for two weeks now for mainly Zoom, Word, and YouTube video streaming, the processing speed is pretty fast and the touch screen has good responsiveness. The keyboard feels smooth and nice to type on. Would recommend as a good college laptop.

Only about a month of ownership has transpired, but the person for whom this product was purchased seems to be very happy with the unexpected purchase. We went to Best Buy looking for a budget computer for low-processing-power use (e.g., a few emails and word processing). The only disappointment was being seduced into believing that several computers that fit our search criteria were still on display and, therefore, in stock. (There were about 10 of them.) Alas, many were discontinued products and restocking them was not forecastable. The BestBuy agent recommended the product I am reviewing. The now-owner did not expect to spend as much as he did. I guess the bottom line of his satisfaction shall be evident in a few more months. As of now, he is still acclimating to its features (mainly touch screen) but is generally pleased.

This is honestly a good laptop. You get a bang for your buck, this laptop is ideal for a person who will use it for school assignments, entertainment, and internet browsing. Overall I like the touchscreen features it has, and also how compact it is, I can take it anywhere!

Love the laptop, still using it and I have no problems with it.

Works even years later a very good device still functioning

This is the most AMAZING laptop. I previously had the Surface Pro and this is a perfect transition. I never used the tablet features on the Surface Pro so I transitioned to a traditional laptop. Perfect size, speed, and compatibility for everything.
