I love this laptop. It's lightweight, durable and reliable. I've had it for over 2 years now. I use it for work and take it everywhere, even without a cover. Storage and battery life is good. I've had no issues with it.

We got this Surface Laptop Go for our daughter for college classes. The review is for the Surface Laptop Go Ice Blue model with the Intel Core i5 CPU, 256 gb SSD, and 8 gb of RAM. Unlike some of the higher end Microsoft Surface devices, this Surface Laptop Go does not have a backlit keyboard. This Surface Laptop Go laptop ships configured with Windows 10 S mode. However we did the one time conversion of Windows 10 S mode to Windows 10 Home, since downloaded software needed to be installed. The battery life overall is good, and this laptop can run for several hours without a charge. Overall this Surface Laptop Go is an excellent laptop for light to general use. Even videos play responsively on this laptop.

The Surface Laptop is an extremely exceptional device for people looking for a well-built computer with all of the starter basics. This device model runs very smoothly, the keyboard and trackpad is the most comfortable pieces of work I’ve ever felt, and the battery life is greater than expected. The touch screen works very responsively too, no lag or underwhelming brightness. I recommend this to all the people looking for something that is compact, works fast, and can get through a day’s work. Thanks, Microsoft and Best Buy also for bringing this item in stock.

I thoroughly enjoy the aesthetics; the ice blue is quite stunning in person. The compact size is enjoyable, however, the compact keyboard will take some getting used to. On that note, the soft noise of the keys is pleasant as well. I do wish the keys were backlit but it's not a deal breaker for me. Touchpad is large and smooth but I prefer a mouse; easy fix. Traveling will be a breeze with the size and weight. Highly recommend. Touchscreen is handy as well.

I wanted to use my laptop for a few weeks before making a review. I am enjoying my new Microsoft laptop. It is lightweight and a perfect size for me. The definition & clarity of photos is outstanding. It only took a few days to get used to the mousepad touch and I love it. The processor speed is adequate. I haven't had a real chance to test the battery life yet, but have experienced no issues with it.

I've been using this laptop for a couple of months now. The battery life is great. What I love most is how compact this computer is. The thin form and light weight work well with fitting into my bag. I fly on the airlines every week, and don't have to carry a bulky bag to protect it. It is very durable! I would definitely buy this laptop again.

I went into the store looking for a completely different laptop but when I started looking around and comparing everything I got completely drawn to this laptop. I love that it's super small and super light and it's just as easy to use as my old laptop and yet so much faster. The colors are very bright and true and the camera is also much more impressive than most other laptops. If you plan on using a laptop as a quick go-to and only using it for the most important tasks for school, this is an amazing laptop and it's perfect for college students.

Bought this laptop for my sister to do her schoolwork. Performance is adequate, basic web browsing, office editing, light coding, etc... Plastic build but very good, passive cooling so no fan noise Screen is a bit on a small size, 13' would be better Keyboard and trackpad are up to Surface standard, accurate and responsive Expensive for what it can do though, you can get a better performance with other brands like HP x360, Lenovo flex, Dell Pavilion. However, consider this is a Surface, you are paying for Microsoft build quality, and Windows support
