Love it. I use it for school and its amazing. I would definitely recommend it to college students if they need a laptop

Started with a Surface Go 2 tablet with the Pentium processor. Excellent device but did not have the processing power I wanted. Moved to this laptop with the Core i5. No complaints. As a teacher I wanted a small, light device to use to attach it to a projector in the classroom. I use it to create Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, email, web browsing. For these tasks, the performance is excellent.

Quick, have had no issues with performance in the weeks I’ve had it. Setting up is quick, computer runs fast, has plenty of space in it, and battery lasts for hours. Purchased in the blue color. Bought as a computer for college but due to how impressed I am I use it for more than just school work. Already updated to the Windows 11 program and the interface works perfectly with the computer.

I’m so happy with this device. While I am still learning the ins and outs of it, I love the compact size, which still has a large screen and nice keyboard. It is absolutely perfect for on the go and at the desk. I did buy a riser for when I have it on the desk and may also buy a separate keyboard and mouse to use with it when I’m not on the go. Overall, very happy with the purchase so far.

I really like this labtop. Its FAST, feels strong n steady. The keyboard keys are very comfortable when type. My brother who in an IT told me to buy this labtop with bigger storage n he set up the labtop for me. So happy i got this labtop with 12 months no interest. Got this for my wife, who had been using a Surface Pro 3. She loves the Surface Laptop Go. It is lightweight, so she does not find it cumbersome. The 256GB SSD, is super fast and has more than enough storage for her. The Surface Pro had only half of that and she often had to delete items to keep from exceeding that. This is a great machine.

easy to use, I love the added security of biometric (fingerprint) in addition, to the standard password security, and love the compact size, great to have on business travel. 8GB was enough for my needs, but I am glad the option of 16GB and 32GB, was available, even though it would have cost $$$ more

It is a small and light laptop. Works really well for presentations, writing papers or preparing presentations. Etc. Don't expect to use it for large video conference sessions, and run outlook and edge and Firefox at the same time. The processor is not meant for that, and neither is the 8gb Ram.

I really really LIKE this laptop! I am still figuring out it's features, being a non-savvy tech user. It is the perfect size and weight, and is working Great so far. I do need to revisit with one of the Geek Squad pros to get some explanations, better understanding.

Works great for doing my school work and personal use
