I needed a new laptop after a company lay-off. I was not sure what to buy with so many choices. I didn't need a laptop for anything heavy duty. I need to write a letter on occasion, gather information in Google, and mess around with excel. This Microsoft -Surface Go 2 is perfectly compact, The sound is nice, and the display is more the adequate. I recommend this PC to anyone who desires a PC without breaking the bank.

Very useful and reliable! I use it everyday for my college work and it never fails to impress me. Very portable and high speed.

I LOVE THIS COMPUTER WITH MY LIFE, only downfall is the charger falls off easy and after some time if you drag the computer against surfaces the rubber gripping pieces fall off. They come unglued from the bottom, i highly recommend picking it up instead of sliding it or putting something on the bottom to protect it. The corners will also get dinged up so just get something to protect it. I have this computer in silver at work and I can not tell you how much I love having the touch screen. This color sandstone (light pink) IS SO stinking CUTE!!!! once you go touch screen, you will never go back…..

I truly love this computer. My old HP gave out and I wanted an upgrade without spending the price for a macbook. This computer has all the same qualities and looks. I have gotten so many compliments on it or people thinking it was a macbook

This Microsoft Surface laptop is essential for college considering that I can utilize apps like Word, Excel, and Powerpoint for most of my assignments. The sandstone color is beautiful and I'm able to personalize my laptop with a cute clear case and stickers. It's actually quite affordable and would recommend to anyone. :)

I've had the laptop for five months now, and I've run out of space. I'll have to look into it further, but it is a decent laptop; you just have to use it for schoolwork or business. If you want to use it for creative projects, like I did, you can invest in extra storage or buy something with more storage.

Works super great. I use it for both college and personal use with no issues. Can run big games as well as runs fast. I would 1,000% recommend this to anyone!!

Excellent product, I'm on the road a lot and this computer fits my needs. Is not too powerful, however, but I have my desktop to compensate for that.

It’s worth it!! This laptop is thin and advanced, you could use your fingerprint instead of typing out your password!! It’s fast and reliable.

Pros: compact, easy to use, lightweight Cons: keys are small, shallow and close together so it really needs a separate keyboard if you plan to use it much Con: there are only two ports so you pretty much need to aim for mostly wireless or bluetooth compatible monitors, keyboards, printers, etc. Con: battery dies in less than a day

Love my surface laptop! Am use one in my job as a register computer and my personal for University and is really good.

I had to go through a few of these before getting a decent one. The first one wouldn't turn on (even after being charged). The second one turned on but it wouldn't charge. They even tried a brand new charger. The third one works great. The sage color is not very sage. It's basically grey. I would have liked it to be more sage. The Best Buy staff was great although I had to drive to multiple locations for the whole ordeal. They told me sometimes there is just a bad batch of them so I waited a week and got the third one shipped instead of pickup. So far, I'm pretty happy with the Surface 2 Go!
