I really like this laptop. Very premium feel, fast, and to me, beautiful. I also love the versatility of it. I'm a big fan of the Surface Book and I'm sad to see it go, but I think this is a great successor to it. This thing is so quiet, stays warm and performs well. It does however have a little weight to it it you want to hold it as tablet, it's best to place it on a flat surface or your lap if you plan to us it in that position. The screen is somewhat more reflective than I'd like. Battery life is pretty good, unless you're doing extreme editing. Overall this is a great product all around, I'm glad I purchased it.

Great piece of equipment - smooth performance, lightweight, long battery life, great display -- overall, it does everything it is supposed to do and does it very well. Being able to swerve around the screen is a cool feature and somewhat useful under certain conditions. Keyboard is a delight to use. Battery life is really stellar.

So far, really great laptop/tablet. Really more of a laptop as it's too heavy for tablet status. I got it for an amazing price because of open box, so for about 60% off the price it was a great price for any brand, but particularly for a Surface. Great for viewing because of the versatility of the screen placement. It's fast. Photo editing is easy and fun too. I probably wouldn't travel with it because of the heavy weight. All in all, after a month and aside from the weight, no complaints at all.

Love the computer. It’s very fast and is very versatile. Did not like that because Best Buy didn’t have original computer and had to buy on another order which meant I lost my $45 credit that I got on original order because of having Best Buy +.

Computer is great. Great value as it's fast, efficient and easy to operate. Huge kudos to Geek Squad who transferred all of my files, bookmarks, and software programs from my older computer to the new one. Geek Squad Total care is a great value.

It really exceeded my expectations. The versatility and great capacity have left me very satisfied. I really like being able to use it as a tablet.

I love this laptop, I purchased it for school to use Auto CAD and do some video editing. Loads quickly, great image quality. The screen is really cool also, just the way it can hide the key board.

Has worked better than I expected. I had the Windows surface pro and this one does not warm up, battery life lasts longer, bigger screen. I would highly recommend to buy.

I absolutely love my new computer. I spent a long period of time researching and asking techie friends, and this one came highly recommended. I came to test several out and immediately knew I loved the feel of this one. My hands are small so I couldn’t have one where the keys were too spread apart, but I also wanted something that felt sturdy. This is the only one I felt accomplished both. The graphics are very clear and the running speed is an incredible improvement to my last computer. So happy with my purchase.

The positive: I love all the different angles and the touch screen is a major plus! The size is just right for travel in a small backpack. The negitive: the charger has trouble staying in tact its very fragile, the angle for when you use for when you cover the keyboard is making a ugle blackmark on my device.. it will probably just get worse from it constantly being used..and the last thing that bugs me is that there is no other volume control on the outside.. so you have to constantly lift the screen up to get to that on the keyboardto acsess the volume controls. really annoying when trying to watch netflix or movies..

I love this laptop! I got it for school and it is perfect. It works so smoothly and never has any issues. The only thing that I don’t love it the battery life. It doesn’t last very long, but I just charge it every night and it lasts me my school day. Would recommend!

I almsot didn't buy one of these, but honestly, it's worth the investment. I'm in school, so the ability to use less paper for note taking, and the programs and things I'll need? I'm so glad I have made the investment. It's fast, the screen resolution is clear, and the battery is decent too. 10/10

I love the smaller size of this laptop and the ability to flip the screen into a tablet. I also like the magnetic lip which keeps my pen handy. The speed is also great. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I'm an Apple person and an artist, so I bought this to test the drawing experience and have been blown away. Drawing on this is so much better than even drawing on the Surface Pro 9 and I mean A LOT better. The speakers are excellent, the screen is beautiful and the trackpad is at least as good as my MacBook Pro and I can't believe I'm saying that about a Microsoft product. Honestly, this is the first Windows computer that I have used that has made me seriously consider selling my 14 inch M1 MacBook Pro. I bought the base model originally but then upgraded to the i7 version with a bigger hard drive and a dedicated graphics processor but the base model is fantastic too. This computer has become my daily driver and I recommend it to everyone- I absolutely love it. No one is more surprised than me how good this laptop is!

Bought this for my daughter for college! It serves as a laptop and a tablet. She loves the touchscreen! The pen (purchased separately) is cool because there is a magnet in the front that charges it. This should last her through college and beyond! We are pleased with this computer!!!

Absolutely love this device and best buy's super quick delivery was a life saver. I'm not a gamer, but this laptop has the capability for light gaming and plenty of speed and power to manage work, and school related tasks, as well as digital art platforms.

Absolutely fantastic laptop and a much needed improvement over my surface book 2. While I'm sad I can't fully disconnect the screen, it makes sense from a structural perspective. If you enjoy drawing on screen, this works great!

I was tired of using 1000 notebook for notes and need a new laptop. Now I just use my laptop that also folds into a tablet and makes it perfect for school, work, and simply sitting around watching a movie. So glad I picked this laptop!!
