So far it’s meeting my needs. I use it for my business and school. It’s fast and efficient. The flexible screen is great, I gave it a 4 because I’m noticing a delay on when putting the charger into the laptop. There have been times where the light on the cord lights up as if it’s charging but the laptop is actually not charging. I replug it and in a few seconds I check the battery icon on the laptop to confirm that it’s actually charging. The battery life is amazing on this model. It lasts for a long time.

The surface laptop is so much faster than my last computer. I purchased it for my son and o edit / create videos

It is heavy for something that has a tablet mode. And the screen doesn't lock in to the flat position so it has an annoying jiggle to it. Otherwise great laptop.

I absolutely love this machine! The build is solid, key movement is fantastic, trac pad is great. Amazing screen and I love the versatility of the folding studio options.

This laptop works really well and the storage is perfect for what I need it for! Above all, the Best Buy employees were super helpful in advising me to get the product I'd need for my engineering major and even referred me to the other branch for the one with the right amount of storage. Super helpful and knowledgeable about the products! The one thing is that most times, the buyer doesn't know what exactly the store carries, so please be more understanding of their requests rather than picky about the specific "names" of products--you know what they mean.

Bought this computer to replace a Surface that I purchased in 2014. This laptop is fast, durable, and can handle almost any videogame that is thrown at it!

I have loved this laptop! Its fresh design makes me excited to use it, and the graphics card gives me the ability to lightly game with friends.

This is the fastest laptop I've ever owned. The hardware in this laptop rivals an older desktop that has a 5 year old i5 and a GTX 970. Well done Microsoft!

Love it! The best computer I have ever owned. It does everything that I need it to do and is a true work horse for my job. I am an AV-IT engineer and use this thing every single day. I don't think that I will every buy another brand of PC after having this. With every other PC I have ever had they have always had some strange random bugs that never seem to get worked out. With this being built by Microsoft they know how to make their OS work best on their hardware. I am even looking to buy another surface tablet to use as a second screen for this.

Works as expected. Little bit heavier. Wish MSFT had kept the design of Book series and improved on it. Wish they would also sell it with better graphics card.

There is no SD card slot though. I wish there were more than 2 USB-C ports so it can be used as a charger. The laptop is also equipped with the latest Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity. I liked having the option to connect my Xbox controller to play supported games. The keyboard is the best I have used in any laptop. It is very quiet and supports 4 levels of backlighting. The trackpad is amazing. It is the first haptic touchpad on a Surface device. It is smooth, feels snappier and is configurable. The front facing camera is a full HD. I was impressed with how well the color and sharpness are on my video chats. There is also the infrared camera that you can use to setup Windows Hello authentication. The battery lasted me an entire day with a wide variety of application use. Overall, this is a great laptop if you are looking for a powerful machine for all work activities while also gaming.

Overall, after 9 days, happy with this purchase. Just wish there were more ports. Aware of this before buying, and purchased a hub to add another monitor and ports.

I've had this computer for a sometime now. it has never crashed or got any errors. I'm running Windows 11 & to be honest not much difference than Windows 10. I did not run any hardcore software on this (Photo Shop, Python etc...), but I've played a few games (Xbox Pass). with my gig internet speed cloud gaming was very smooth with no problems at all. the main reason I like Microsoft Laptops is because it does not come with 3rd party software pre-installed like Dell & other competitors do. 4 stars because there is always room for improvment.

Bought this to replace an older computer. The specs on this laptop were 3x on the cpu and double the gpu. But it was terrible on real world performance. I did a timed test in photoshop, batch edit on this laptop and the pervious. Took 7m 47sec on the Studio laptop and took 5m and 13sec on my old one. So disappointing, returned it for a Leveno Slim, it did the same 5 in 2min and 24secs.

Screen is gorgeous and vibrant. Computer is snappy and very capable. Very good laptop for content creation.
