Keep in mind, the pen functions right out of the package, but ensure you go into Windows Ink and pair your bluetooth connection, then set up your button press shortcuts. For me, one click opens up Windows Ink, Two presses opens OneNote to a new blank page, and press and hold takes a screenshot. My workflow is fantastic.

I use it with an ASUS ROG FLOW X13. Note that it is my understanding that "tilt" is only supported on MS Surface devices, and not all of them at that. PS - I got a price match.
