    These pens used to be included with the purchase of Surfaces and I am not sure why not on the newest edition. The pen is a must have for signing documents, drawing and really getting the most out of your Surface. It is more expensive than the older versions and that is why I only gave it 4 stars.

    The pen that I had was defective, so I returned it. I struggled to get it to connect to my device, and when it did, it would not write using the tip. The pen only wrote using the eraser end. Per the rep, the purchased pen was compatible with my device—just faulty. Had it worked, I'm sure it would've been great.

    The pen was better than I was expecting for open box. It took me minute to connect it to the laptop but has been working just fine ever since. I'm enjoying using it to take notes for school.
