However, its a convenient piece of device that's compliment the surface pro very well. I like that I can grab the pen make notes and write at anytime, anywhere without worrying about paper and ink.

The drawing is so good when you the surface pen. You definitely need a pen with you surface to get complete good use out of it. The precisions in lines are pretty good.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the fact that the pen is multi-use, connects directly to the Surface, and seems to work even better than the old one from my Generation 1 Surface Pro. My main complaint comes from the fact that you HAVE to buy one, as one does not come with the tablet, but that doesn't change the fact that it's a good pen. My NEXT complaint comes from it being a bit bulky, in order to hold the battery... a minor complaint, but the two together equal the one-star loss. Overall, I would recommend it, but can't in good conscience give it a full five stars.
