stopped working after only 10 days of use

It just stopped working while I was using it. The back button works, but the tip does not write any longer. The battery has 90% power and the computer's bluetooth recognizes the pen - but it doesn't work.

If you can get the rechargeable one go for it, I will probably upgrade when ever I can.
