I took the tip from the red one and noticed that a definite “snap” occurs when installed properly. I looked everywhere for the missing black pen tip but it’s so tiny as to be impossible to find and I had to go buy ANOTHER pen because it’s useless without the tip. They had no replacement tips in stock at any local stores. Whomever put it together at the factory didn’t SNAP it in properly so I’m screwed. Best Buy wouldn’t correct this issue. Be SURE your brand new pen’s tip is firmly inserted when you open it or you’ll be screwed too and out even more money. :(

Very pricey for what you get

It does have a magnetic part to it so it sticks to the computer itself, but the magnet still comes undone during transport/storage in a bag. It would be very easy to lose, wish it came with a more secure way to keep with computer.

Varying levels of pressure on it yield lines weighted when drawing or writing in relation to the pressure. My daughter likes to use this and draw images on my surface. Only draw back is every once in a while it hangs up, but that may be due to Win 10. Overall I am pleased with this device

I love how fast the response time is between drawing and actually seeing the lines show up on the screen. Great product!

According to the details it was just supposed to have minor cosmetic issues. However, the product couldn't even be used because it was missing the pen tip which is necessary for use.
