Pen is only necessary if your taking notes or for drawing. Do not really use it. But will still use when drawing only. If you sketch a lot it’s a good buy.

Good magnet, clings to the Surface better than expected.

This machine is very quiet and we have found the washing to be very good and clean and not having a center agitator gets more washed at once

The pen paired easily enough with my Surface Go, but I can't figure out the buttons on it. Suppose it will just take time. Also can't get it to work with my computer, which it is supposed to do. Again - time.

I almost did not purchase the pen, but I'm glad I did. For some task is ideal because it's faster to highlight than to use the keypad.

This was price matched to Amazon Deal of the day. The pen is solid and sturdy. I do like the magnetic attachment and the ability to change stylus.

I feel like there's still rom for improvement and precision. Would give this 4.5 stars if I could, but overall would recommend.

Only problem I really have with it is that there aren't a large amount of applications that can take advantage of this to use as a stylus

So many levels of pressure, very easy to get so much depth in the lines just with the default settings. A must have for surface pro users!

The pen works well but it takes some getting used to and I would not recommend it as a replacement for a mouse. rather it is a supplement and you may not find it useful depending on how you use your Surface tablet.

I love this pen. I haven’t even scratched the surface of what all it can do but I’m excited about the possibilities that awaits me.

If you are going to go Surface Pro 7, don't forget the Pen. It works like a mouse, except for playing Microsoft Minesweeper.

I was worried about losing it. But MS put such strong magnets in the pen that it hasn't been an issue. Bought it for my daughter for college.

This really is what separates a surface from a cheap laptop. Don't waste your money on the surface if you're not planning to get the pen.

I do enjoy using the pen especially to put notes on word next to anything I don't want to go back in type. It's fun to use while drawing. It has some jitter when making long lines. Overall not bad

It's a great gadget if you want to ink your pdfs, the only problem that I see it's they still use batteries, AAAA, kinda hard to find.

I got this pen at the recommendation of the Best Buy employee, but it does not work well with my HP at all. I have to hold it at a very specific angle for it to actually write without skipping.

disappointing that I have 2 surface pro 3 pens that wont work with surface pro 6. Guess you have to purchase a new pen every time you upgrade to a new surface. This pen is working so far.

Didn't think this was necessarily needed, but very glad we purchased it. Fits the whole theme of the surface great. Very responsive.

The product worked but the tip broke rendering it pretty useless. I have to question the quality if that is one of the most important components of the products function.
