The pen does not make any sound and I did not have long enough to evaluate it's performance. Way too expensive to purchase again. I am very upset the price of the tablet pro should cover the pen as well.

This pen was $50 more and it took off the clip at the top and added more point sensitivity and tilt for shading. The pen sometimes will shade when i am trying to write at an angle which is annoying.

If not exactly on certain way it will fall off. A friend was using 2 days after we purchased and put pen on little different and it fell off and broke the head of the pen. Can not use it very well anymore

Totally not right should get new one but Microsoft says no refurbished only

My son refused to bring it back because he had thrown the box. The worst $$$ spent in my life. Saving to buy a new one instead of a refurbished one. Very sad they had it in display if it was not working properly.
