Very, very responsive when writing, but thankfully not responsive to the point that it starts writing on the screen mid-air and leaving drag marks on the digital ink. Highly, highly recommend!

It works great, just as the original did, but this one has even more levels of pressure sensitivity. I use it with my Surface Laptop 2 and my Surface Pro 6 and it works flawlessly.

It nly came off a couple of times after I brushed up against something. I mainly use it with Microsoft Notes and makes note-taking natural. The one thing that I wish is that is was rechargeable. The pen uses an AAAA, yes 4 As, battery which is not available everywhere so better keep a stash with you.
