Q: Will this pen work with the new Surface Go? And will all the pressure sensitivity work as well?
A: The Surface Pen is a fantastic addition to the Surface Go! You will be able to use all the same features with the Surface Go as you can with the Surface Pro.
Q: Is this pen compatible with a Dell Inspiron 15 5000?
A: That's a misleading answer. It actually depends if the Dell in question is compatible with Windows Ink. I tested my Surface Pro 3 pen on an HP Envy x360 and a Dell Inspiron 5000 (I think) and it worked. Maybe not all the features work, but if the technology is N-trig, then it will work.
Q: Does this pen come with different tip sizes?

A: Yes it sticks to the side of your surface
A: There is a AAAA battery included with the pen, no way to recharge it in the pen. i have not had to replace the battery in 16 months.
Q: Will this pen work with HP Pavilion 2 IN 1 ?
A: yes, it's bluetooth and as long as the computer supports windows ink, it'll work.
A: Mine came with a standard, non-rechargeable battery installed.
