My husband is hard on these pens. This is his 4th one. They work well, battery lasts a long time and add to surface experience.

A bit expensive but it's worth it. Best pen for surface pro. I wouldn't recommend any other brand. Microsoft makes great products.

Love this Surface Pen, my Surface Pro recognized it with out any problems, works very nice and is just like using a mouse and very smooth for writing.

Just like if it was a pen or pencil. Easy to use. The end is used as the eraser on the screen and I have never had something so convenient.

The Surface Pen is a great tool in place of a mouse for the Surface, if you want to draw, or edit photos. However...this is my 2nd one after 2 days. The first started having a power/connectivity issue (even though it had new battery and I also bought more). It would show 4% Battery on the computer, then disconnect. Then the pen would not turn on. After I'd fiddle with the battery and cap portion it would finally come back on showing 100%. Then the next day I'd go through it again. Side note: This takes one AAAA Battery, which is a little steep on price and limited availability in stores (but lasts a year). Overall, get one of these if you have or are getting a Surface.

if you must have the Surface accessory to match your Surface product you won't be disappointed with this item. if you don't care, need something that works just as well and watnt to save a few bucks...get a Bamboo.

This is my second surface pro pen. I like the way this one feels when I hold it. The only drawback is it doesn’t have a clip on it, like the old one.

Ok so to be real...$150 is a lot for a “pen” in my eyes! But after reading some reviews and asking friends about it, I bought it for my kiddo for his birthday! To see his crusty eyes light up that morning like it was Christmas in June was priceless! The functionality is great, it holds a long 8+ hour charge (we haven’t used it longer than that), smooth transition on the screen, and it matched the mouse we got to coordinate. So this has been our best buy yet! Even if a little on that bougie side.

This pen is awesome! It feels just like an actual pen and even acts like one like when you flip the pen and are able to erase any work on some apps.

Pen makes the Surface easier to use. It's not cheep. Had to get used to it at first but after a while it worked great.

This pen is perfect. It writes like a real pen. Plus, the eraser is so convenient to use. I got it with a discount of $20. Totally worth the price.

I mainly use the pen as a mouse, so in that respect it is kind of expensive. I have experimented with using it for writing and drawing; it seems to work well. Would recommend it if you want to take notes or draw.

Very nice and lightweight pen. Very solid and happy with the quality. Wouldn’t mind if it was a little cheaper. But the quality of it definitely shows why it’s the price it is.

The Microsoft Surface Pen is a must have accessory for the Surface Pro. The eraser is so handy. Having the pen makes the Surface Pro that much better.

Best Buy deals are unbelievably cheap, especially when my waiting for clearance sale. The original price is $100, and I bought this pen only for $33.90. When I have a Surface laptop, as a college student, I need a pen to study, take note, and draw. The pen is so amazing, especially at its battery longevity. The writing stroke and eraser functions are very smooth and authentic, as if writing on paper. Thank you so mụch.

I'm sure this is fine, but I haven't used it. It all started when I had a midterm exam for my online course that I am taking. I have to take this through ProctorU so I need to be in an empty room so they can say I'm not cheating. Anyways, went to work early to use our quiet room. Go through all the steps to take the test and then the question, do you have a surface laptop and stylus pen to take the exam. No I don't. Well you can't take this exam. Panicking, I email my professor, talk to my boss and he says I think IT has a surface laptop you can use. Talk to IT, they do, just no stylus pen, SO over lunch go to Best Buy to get the pen, come back, try and take the exam again, go through all those hoops, get passes the surface pro and pen question, get logged in to take the exam, then as I read the instructions, I noticed that there is no link to the PDF my Professor meant to download, I talk to the Proctor person, they say yep you have no link you can't take the exam. I email my professor, Proctor emails them, the exam turns into a HW assignment, Never had a chance to use this, but maybe come finals. Fingers crossed!

This is a great pen and it works well. Very easy to sync and use. Very nice to use for artists and anyone using photoshop/lightroom. Like any other stylus it's not a necessary item but definitely fun to have!
