Only issue we have parents that she dropped it in the tip broke. We ordered a replacement set tips installed a new one and has been good since.

The detail you can get on screen is exceptional. The magnet does a really good job staying attached. I had concerns about the pen falling off, but it has not been an issue.

The customer service team worked together to get me the right product since my tablet did not come with the pen. Kudos to them all.

It has a better feel than the Apple Pencil but Windows does not have apps that that make this pen shine.

The pen is pretty responsive and accurate.

However, once I got it, it has been a pretty good experience. I use this pen almost daily to annotate or take notes, and it has definitely made note-taking easier and more efficient.

I do wish it had a clip on it to keep it in the loop on the case I bought, otherwise it seems to do the job! However it only works for the surface which is a bummer.

After that smooth sailing. The tips is delicate and replacements are kinda pricey. I found d some thou with different size tips but through Amazon. Microsoft did not have but original tips.

Otherwise my gf loves using it to draw and prefers it over the mouse
