    had a issue with the surface pro recognizing and connecting to my surface pro, bought the Microsoft Burgundy surface pen and have had no problems syncing and working right out of the box, and the new design without pocket clip seems to attach a lot better than the older surface pens (newer &stronger magnet maybe?)
