The pen that I had was defective, so I returned it. I struggled to get it to connect to my device, and when it did, it would not write using the tip. The pen only wrote using the eraser end. Per the rep, the purchased pen was compatible with my device—just faulty. Had it worked, I'm sure it would've been great.

This was a much needed upgrade on my old pen! The old surface pen was great, but this one is so much more sensitive and slim! Feels a lot more like a regular pen and is everything that I need.

i bought this pen for my sons school tablet/laptop and he loves it. it produces very detailed drawings when he uses it for art. and it is consistently working we have not had any issues with it.

I love using this pen on my laptop for work. its very sensitive on screen and fast. my daughter enjoys using it to scribble on the screen. I also love how it compliments my laptop. So chic.

The only thing I would recommend on this would be a stronger magnet or alternate method to attach it to the Surface Pro. The cost is high, and it falls off of the side of the machine when it is in my bag.

I really like this pen! I like the color and feel of it. I like how you can assign different actions to the button presses. I bought this because it’s trendy, but I’ve come to use this a lot!

Handy little device to go along with my Surface Go. Kind of pricey, but works as advertised. A definite pick up to help complete the package.

Great companion for the Surface Pro and if you are into digital drawing, sketching, painting this is the perfect tool for you but make sure you buy the special batteries (AAAA) so you don't have to make a second trip back for them.

Helpful, especially when a mouse is not available.

You can definitely tell that this pen was made for the Microsoft Go. As a pen it’s flawless, but it’s so so as a mouse replacement. If I had to choose between it and the Suface Mouse I’d choose the Mouse (it’s cheaper too). The only way I’d choose the Pen over the mouse is if you do a lot of note taking with the pen.

I purchased this to go along with the MS Surface Pro 7 my daughter is using for remote learning. It's an excellent tool she's used for her 4th grade art class and for additional school assignments. Don't push down to hard while using the pen as it will get bent.

Easy set up, Glad I replaced my old one that got damaged from being dropped.

I like it and it works well and it is so much more cost-friendly than the apple pencil I have for my iPad. However, it is definitely not a necessity. It spends most of its life stuck to the side of the computer.

I purchased a Microsoft Surface pen at Best Buy, replacing a lost Microsoft Surface Pen. Purchased a black pen because it was on sale. The other colored pens cost 30 dollars more.

Bought this due to my classes needing it for notes and other projects my wife uses it for other things she does. Good handy tool to buy just wish it came with the computer like other computers out there.

Was a little annoyed about having to spend extra money on this as it should've been part of a bundle but it is a great tool and works well.

Must have with the surface book 3. This is such a great attachment and it like changes the way you use and interact with a PC. I wish my desktop PC could use this too.

Daughter tried to be cheap and get an off brand for the surface. Luckily, she was convinced to purchase the Surface pen. It has been used to define and edit projects she has been working on.
