I’m so glad I did! I love this pen, it works great! I use it way more than I ever thought I would, it really comes in handy. I would recommend it highly.

Genuine Surface Pen at Great Price

(...10 bucks off, wow, that's not bad!)" Seriously, I got a great deal on a new grey Surface pen that was discounted by $10 (holiday special I guess), something not even Microsoft was offering at the time. I'm thrilled with it, using it for drawing and as a mousing substitute. Recommended!

Amazing pencil for surface pro 7

It takes a battery to operate which comes in the box. There is a configurable button on the pencil.

This version requires a AAAA (yes that is quadruple A) battery thatbis included. I originally bought this back in 2016 for my Surface 3 and thought that I needed a new one for the Surface Pro 7. All it needed was a fresh battery.
