Using Surface and One Note is giving me a way to adjust after chemotherapy. I can't remember things the way I used to. I love the convenience of not having five different notebooks and scraps of paper.

Tablet has a great screen and has many strong functions. Easy to use once you understand navigation. Needs a stronger battery as ife is short.

This is all you need for school. Wish battery lasted as long as my day in classes.

I like that it can use all my pc apps, and I can use word on it. I like it better than my Motorola Xoom.. Used for different applications than my ipad.

Nice device but still would've liked to have paid a little less for it, no place to put the stylus when charging, battery life is really bad.

This system does not reflect well on Microsoft. The tablet is small, the keyboard is an expensive option... that you just about cannot live without. It needs a better user audio interface and the more seamless operation you get from an Android or Ipad tablet. Overall, it is more capable as it interacts with software currently available for the business segment however the rival software fields will most certainly overcome the shortcomings of their interactions with business applications and the field will tilt away from Microsoft.

While I love this tablet, I feel it's overpriced and it didn't come with office.

the Surface Pro was just what I was looking for:a tablet on which I could both develop and run Windows software. The base memory (64gb) is inadequate as the O/S itself consumes much of it so you should consider getting the 128gb version if you plan to do any serious work. The pen apparently requires charging and must be plugged into the Surface's charging port, making concurrent charging of both the tabet and pen impossible. So, its not a perfect solution, but it does exactly what I need it to do so I am satisfied with my purchase.

You will pay a premium price for the Surface but so far, in my case, the price seems to be worth it. I bought the Pro version with the full 128 Gb of space, and I added a 64 Gb memory card. The memory card is unbelievably tiny and fits into a microscopic slot on the side of the tablet. Install it and forget it. I sync'd my Gmail with the Outlook mail and it works reasonably well. Overall I would recommend this item, but prepare for a steep learning curve unless you are under 20.

The Surface Pro is a solid tablet that has plenty of speed. I would highly recommend purchasing the Type Cover with it.

Works well, but it does get warm. My daughter loves the ebook capability, in addition to doing most of her homework on this device.

Its overall great only concern is that its expensive and comes with no accessories have to buy everything separately

Good system so far. fast and reliable. Not to happy with Microsoft forcing us to create a MS tracked account to access the system.

Surface Pro runs all of the Office suite and any other Windows programs needed for business. Screen size is a little small and takes some adjusting. Price is too high for this machine but it fills a void if you like to ease of carrying a tablet but the need to run Office programs. I like my iPad better but currently can't run the programs I need for business on the iPad. Start-up is quick as is shut down. Battery life is so-so. Would recommend if you need the business programs otherwise spend your money on an iPad.

I've waited a long time for this product to hit the market! I wanted to downsize from my huge laptop but nothing out there could fit the bill. Then along comes the Windows Surface Pro! I can still use all the programs I'm adapted to and connect my 1TB external hard drive to it. What else can you say......I love it!

This device exceeds expectation. The USB port makes it easy to transfer data from devices outside our home network.

This is my first tablet experience and it is great. Picture is very clear and it is so easy to use. I love it.

the device works great and has excellent functionality. the battery life could be a lil better and the cost could be a lil lower
