Since the tablets first came out, I waited to purchase a tablet that can handle what a regular laptop can. Finally, when Windows Surface came out I knew it would be a great tablet/PC and it handles very well. It would be better if it could be connected to a Cell phone provider to have internet access all the time, and fully use it any where I go. But besides that it is an awesome product.

Easier to use without the keyboard and the battery could last longer. Other wise I love it

I travel and it is tiresome to carry my work laptop through security; I have a separate bag for it, etc. I also like to play games at home on my tablet. I have been waiting for a product that could do both. The Surface Pro can. I put it in by purse when I travel for work; I use it at home to both work and play games. Very nice.

It is a great tablet/mini laptop. I am not a tech guy but as a college student this product is very beneficial. I can take it to my class and take notes (specially since it has Microsoft Office 13!). For a student, it is amazing! Though it does take a bit time to get used to Windows 8, once you are finally able to get used to it, it is simply amazing. It has very cool features as well.

Loved it.. but the battery life would be a concern if your utilization is on higher side.

This is a great computer/tablet for everyone. Sharp images and easy to set up.

I went looking for a tablet but I got a computer. I can easily take it with me anywhere, but I can also do all my work. I'm a teacher so I needed something I could still use word processing, but now I also have a great e-reader, too!

It fits for me perferctly as I wanted a tablet for reading web pages, PDF's, books and magazines but also wanted ability to use Office products. It just fits perfect for my purposes.

If you got the money get it Big power in a small housing Fun and easy to use

This is the future; what a tablet should be and what a laptop wishes it could be. Far surpassed my expectations.

It is easy to set up and nice product from Microsoft. Battery life is not good though.

Overall, good little tablet. Has the power to run my Office apps. Easy to setup and use.

I bought this version of the Surface because it was less expensive then the new Surface 2. The downfall is you can not upgrade to Windows 8.1, if you do it no longer runs properly. Because of that the keyboard was no longer recognized. I had to go and replace it for another one after a week because I tried to upgrade. If you want 8.1 spend the extra money for the Surface 2. Otherwise this works great!

I use this for field work with a mobile hot spot to keep in touch with work

It's good for tablet and more. Like pbring you laptop in travel but it isin better size.

I think it is the best tablet on the market. A bit more pricey than an IPad, but way more versatile! Using it also in my photography business and since it us a whole computer, there us nothing it can't do...

Very easy to use. Would recommend to others. Like the speed of start up and shut down.

This is a great computer to use when you travel. Contains all that you need plus some.
