If anyone is scared of Windows 8, I promise it is a lot easier on a touch screen. It is almost like using your smartphone, just the tablet doesn't freeze like the phones do :-P It is better than a laptop & easier portability. I've had it for one month, no complaints thus far, loving everything about it, even the price. Thanks Best Buy O:-)

I have had my surface pro for a month now and am very happy with it. I travel extensively for work and now carry just my surface no notebook or iPad. Windows 8 works great once you get through the initial Learning period.

I was offered on line through an email add a sleeve for it, when I purchased it was not available. Other than that the experience was good and the service very competent. I would like more product to learn to use the tablet, this is my first experience and the learning curve was not that easy.

The Surface Pro is very fast, great looking graphics but needs more apps

Microsoft has done a great job with the Surface Pro. It is very business friendly, good battery life, and very mobile. I love the touch screen with the pen.

works well as a laptop substitute for non-type intensive uses. Inability to swap batteries really puts a strain on portability, bought a spare charger to travel with so I don't have to keep remembering to bring the charger along. Screen cover is an additional cost, should have one included.

I love this tablet! I bought it because I am going back to school and needed a computer but I really wanted a tablet. I was going to buy with the surface 2 until the wonderful salesperson informed me that not all programs would work on just a tablet. The Surface pro is more like a laptop with all the processing capabilities.

It was really difficult to learn how to use the Windows 8 system. I went from Vista to Windows 8 and upgraded to Windows 8,1 Finally got it though some things that worked for my husband's new computer didn't work for mine. Got it now though. Some apps are really lame compared to my android system on my phone and Kindle,

I really like the size of the Surface Pro, I merged a laptop and reader into one device. Love it!

I got this when it went on clearance. Well worth the price. I am excited for the next generations but could not pass up on this deal at Best Buy. I also purchased the touch keyword which is great as well. My only gripe is there is no way to store the stylus if it is plugged in. Overall extremely happy with my purchase.

Overall I give it a good rating but I exchange it for the pro 2 and I could never been happier with such a small monster of a tablet pc. Way to go Microsoft and thumbs up to Best Buy for the easy exchange.
