I run small business and pro2 allows me freedom to access files from remote locations in a very compact unit

if you're looking for a tablet that acts like a computer, this is it. Blows away my laptop and meets the demands of everything a 12 year old can bring.

The Surface does pretty much anything a laptop does. I am in grad school and I don't need a laptop anymore.

I enjoy using the surface pro 2 and I actually think you could replace a desktop computer with it. Very fast boot up with a very high quality screen.

Like device, and ability to move around, sync with desktop,etc, . Ease of use with windows 8 is best part

It has a long battery life. The display is clear. I like the ability to use it as a tablet or computer.

Overall pleased with the product. It was easy to set up and equally easy to use. The graphics are wonderful. This is such a cool product that I feel cool using it.

Great Laptop, but it is really small to use as a laptop replacement, keyboard a must, usb 3.0 docking station converts to desktop easly, perfect for lots of travel

This device has replaced my laptop and is absolutely wonderful for my school, work, and social needs.

System runs Windows programs acceptably. System has plenty of power for basic office and general requirements. Greatest irritation is that system does not always restart with activation button from a sleep or power off state. Often have to use power button + volume up button simultaneously. Have to hold that until system initiates. That wasn't in any Microsoft documentation. Also. peripherals for this device cost much more than comparable devices for other similar systems.

great machine, easy to use, just a little challenging for the tech challenged. really enjoy using it

I use a docking station in my office to hook up large screen, wireless keyboard, mouse and printers but when I am traveling (as I do often) I just unplug and take. I have not had one thing that I could not do that I used to do on my desktop! What is wonderful is that I always have everything I have been working on and it is the same no matter where I am working

I like it...little heavier than your regular tablet but does a lot more than your regular tablet

Loved my IPAD but always found the MS Office Apps cumbersome so for business travel always took IPAD and Laptop. Finally purchased a SURFACE PRO @ and can't believe I waited so long - not only great for all the office applications and travel (at work and away) but also meets my computer game needs. The internet connection is great and speed of downloads surprisingly fast. Only drawback is next version couldinclude more USB ports

For a business, the Surface Pro is much more compatible then the iPad. We currently have 60+ iPad's and are starting to swap them out for the Surface Pro. Anything our users run on their desktop, they can run on the Surface whereas they can only use the iPad for checking email and taking notes. Being that it is Windows, the Surface also works with our Exchange server and we do not hear the complaints about not being able to access public or shared calendars.

I absolutely love my Surface Pro 2. I was able to set everything up myself and have had minimal issues, mostly because I am unfamiliar with Windows 8. That has been the only thing that has taken some time to master, other than that I was able to link all my emails, work included without the help of our IT guy. Again I love it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a laptop that can also be used like a tablet.

Easy set up and use. Has run all of the programs I have thrown at it. I just wish that Windows 8 allowed you to run the Metro UI with UAC turned off.

Good tablet, it does everything it's suppose to. Wish the price didn't go so high when you want bigger memory size besides that I like this tablet

It is super useful for college students. It is excellent for homework and entertainment.
