I bought this surface pro to reduce my need to take my business computer and to substitute for my home computer. It has done exactly what I wanted. The type key board is great.

It is a really good tradeoff between tablet and laptop (perfect for my day-to-day usage). It feels robust. Easy and fast configuration. Practical touch pen.

Much lighter weight than a standard laptop and larger and more powerful than the first generation iPad that it replaced. Also like the fact can use standard Microsoft Office Suite. Only drawback is not having a cellular connection available within the marching.

Bought this item for my wife so she could do school work and have the power of a full laptop and a tablet for her downtime. We are absolutley in love with it. It definetly is the best of both worlds definetly a must have for tech lovers and people on the go

Bought this for my husband to replace his tablet and laptop. So far it has handled everything my husband as asked it to do. So now he just takes this everywhere with him. At home he has the docking station for it and hooks it up and it is just like using a desktop pc. Very fast great graphics. It works for him.

Besides it being expensive, there really isn't much to complain about the Surface Pro. I actually bought it for my wife and she loves it. She is a student at Texas Tech and she uses it everyday for school. It seems to b the only tablet that has a high enough processor to run the Tech online programs! We are very satisfied.

We purchased this as a trial for mobile workers as a replacement for laptops. So far so good. The new model has better battery life than the first edition.

Cool tablet, I love the apps and the fact that I can install my third parties apps on it makes things easy for me.

I bought the Surface Pro 2 so that I could conduct demonstrations and provide technical support for our company. Exceeds my expectations.

Fast, easy to use, and all the full features of Windows. Only downside is price, but since we wanted a laptop replacement that was hyper portable, it worked perfectly.

The idea of a touch screen seems very useful but the execution is often more difficult than it should be. The speed is decent. The off screen menus are not easy to remember. It is nice to have full feature programs

Great tablet for someone who needs windows but doesn't want to carry a laptop around

I enjoy using it. It is very portable. I still do not know how to use the stylist or with what applications. The screen normal font is too small. When I enlarge it...more than fills the screen. I am still learning and making the adjustment from my HP laptop that crashed about a month ago after 5 years of great use. Hope to get the same out of the Surface Pro 2

Love this tablet... evenb though I DID have problems at first running it on Windows 8... but when I got used to it.. I found it very fast and responsive touch screen.. very bright.. high definition..Had to buy the 256G version. even though I only wanted the 128G..but for an extra $99... it will have MORE then enough memory for me..

I use this device for daily use and for traveling and find the form factor to be great. The power of a PC in the form of a tablet. Power, speed and legacy apps when I need them along with a great tablet experience.

The surface pro 2 is awesome. It is easy and convenient to use. You don't even need to take it out to get through security at the airport! You definitely need the keyboard and the mouse and you should probably get another USB port. The screen gets dirty from it being a touch screen.

I bought two of them form my children. Their school has launched a new BYOD program and it services their needs better than just a tablet with the ability to hook up USB drives and attach the keyboard when you need to type a paper.

Able to run a lot of programs, and now I do not have to use my desktop as much.

I bought this mainly so I didn't have to lug around a full sized laptop. It is great! I have the convenience of a tablet and with keyboard the use of a laptop. I can install programs and use a usb just like the bigger bulkier laptops. I compact size makes it perfect for travel.

No complaints. Everything I expected AND MORE!! Great for all uses. Have even been creating new and advanced docs and spreadsheets that all communicate well with sky drive as well. Great product. Spend the extra $100 for the 128. Its definitely worth it.
