    my biggest complaint is the fact that the clerk did not tell me there was $20 discount if I bought the surface 4 pen at the same time. after I purchace the pen separately, and was preparing to wrap the surface pro 4, I noticed a coupon on the side of the box for the discount. I never noticed because the clerk got the box from the back and took it to checkout. I also lost an additional $4, because at that time the pen was $52, AND I LATER PAID $56 at best buy, when I could of purchaced it for 32 with the cupon, which had to be used at the same time!

    Bought for my daughter to draw with. She set it up in minutes and was downloading drawing software and using it with in minutes. She loves it

    After a few years of frustration with an Apple iPad, my wife asked for a Surface Pro. This would be our first Microsoft product in almost 8 years, however the incompatibility of Apple products with other applications made life miserable for my wife. Purchased the Surface Pro 4 on Black Friday along with WebRoot Internet security software and haven't looked back since. Software loaded easily although some apps are a little different from the Apple equivalent, they seem to be working fine. Even recent Windows 10 upgrade was a breeze.

    I really like my surface pro. Ton of things you can do and one note is out of this world! Only down side is the cost. You pay big for the surface and then tons extra for added protection, cover, pen, and the list goes on. If you want a surface plan on $1200 easy BUT, if you take your time and look really close for deals you can get the whole thing for around $800. I would for sure do it again!
