The network adapter card was bad on the first one I received. After 20 hours working with Microsoft, they said the hardware was bad (grrr...). Exchanged at Best Buy for a new one which has worked just fine thus far.

Retired my old Surface RT, still good for offline presentations with USB. New Surface with SSD is fast. Added Micro SD card for more storage. New features reduce my time on computer and increase my productivity.

This was a gift. My husband says this device is a game changer. It does everything that he wanted and more due to its tablet/laptop feature. It's fast and has enough memory space to hold pictures and videos.

This tablet it great all the way around. I use multiple large programs at work with it flawlessly. Screen image is awesome as well. Sometimes won't find the server but easy enough to map it. Definitely recommend

With Windows 10, and USB ports... this device allows for more than any Apple can do. I got sick of my Apple losing Bluetooth connections. My engineer students are jealous that this little device can handle a lot.

This is my first Surface Pro. This is the hybrid laptop and Tablet. It has lots of Pros like Sleek design, easy to handle and charge. I didnt use smart pen. However, it will be very useful on our routine work

M3 processor leaves a little to be desired. The screen is super high resolution. Love the Surface tablets, but I decided to get a i5 Surface Pro 3 for myself, it has a much more powerful processor with only slightly less screen resolution.

I am a bit technically challenged so I have to get a lot of help form the tech guys. I have however reviewed this product and know it's the best. What I have learned I really like. Coming from a windows vista computer, the windows 10 is a bit of a learning curve. In all it's a great laptop.

I have been interested in the product for awhile and was fortunate to have picked it up during the Pre Black Friday Event. My only disappointment was when I went back 2 days later they were all sold out.

I bought this for my daughter and she loves it. She practices her Japanese homework and also uses word to complete some homework assignments. She didn't need a lot of memory so this works out perfectly. I also purchased office and the pen. Which we have had no issues with as of this time.

I got the computer and keyboard together as listed, on time and in perfect condition! Shipped directly to my residents with no hassle. Computer works perfect and I would highly recommend it to others

I ended up returning my new Surface. I loved the portability--lightweight and compact. However, I found that the performance was lacking. I should have examined the specs more closely. I did not need the laptop for gaming, only for MS Office, music, watching movies, web browsing, etc. It couldn't keep up. I Imagine that the faster processor was needed, but it's a lot more money and other laptops give more bang for the buck. I ended up with a Lenovo Yoga 710. Thank you Best Buy for making a return/exchange so easy.

So far so good. Much better than my previous Sony Vaio. The touch screen is very responsive. It's light weight. Purchased as a bundle with the keyboard, which detaches very easily for tablet mode.

Very good build quality and premium looking. Love the keyboard feel, base configuration is a bit slow over all good value for the price.

This 2 in 1 replaced my old laptop. I use it to browse the internet and do some light work. If you need music, editing, video, and multiple tabs going at the same time then get the Core I series. This meets my needs.

The Surface is amazingly quick and powerful. I had read good reviews and played with a couple, but after owning one it is even more surprising. A very well built machine, good job Microsoft.

I am amazed! I really wish this was available when I was in school. I am convinced I may have to go back for my Masters just to utilize all the amazing perks this surface pro has to offer.

This was bought for a friend who creates clothing designs and logos . He loves it , it is perfect for his scketches. He said it takes time to get use to it but it’s awsome .

This is by far the best laptop i have gotten in a while, it is just perfect for my day to day activities. I would reccomend this product.

Great feel and very useable in many senses, from surfing the web to playing a few steam titles to working at home with bluebeam for estimating. Really high quality piece of equipment.
