Like others, I am also just two months out of warranty for the free machine replacement. Microsoft has offered me a $200 credit toward a Pro 6 or 7, or $599 toward the purchase of a refurbished Pro 5 with same specs as my machine. I have already placed an order for a new MacBook Pro and I'm not looking back. This experience is what I get for leaving the Apple world of reliability.

When I tried using it though, it wouldn’t even turn on. It just automatically went to the windows logo, and stayed that way for the two hours I had it on charge. I tried the force shut down and restarting it, but I still had no success. I also am not able to just get it replaced because I don’t live anywhere close to a Best Buy. Had to simply return it by mail. Very disappointed overall.

It crashes constantly. It can not handle teaching virtually or in person. I bought it in February of 2020, and I wanted to return it in April but it was too late. Buy an iPad. You will not be dissapointed like I am.

Not Worth the Money! Stay away!

I have had 2 Pros, 4 and 6, and have the issue of overheating and screen flickering. No resolution from Microsoft. Basically telling me too bad they made a bad product but my problem now!
