This is the third surface I have purchased. Love the lightweight portability, thinness, touchscreen, can easily attach and/or remove the keyboard, can use as a tablet & has a usb port.

Best Buy is fantastic, far superior to Amazon. Very impressed with such fast shipping and promises fulfilled. This is the 4th different Microsoft Surface product I've purchased, I love these except they always seem to have some minor issues or fail within a couple of years. Yes, I keep buying them anyway so that's on me. There is an issue with the mouse on this one in that it doesn't work when charging, but I bought a separate mouse to use when I have to charge it. Microsoft isn't very helpful with things like that so I'm just dealing with it... not Best Buy's fault so they get 5 stars.And other than that, I love the product, when it works there is nothing better for a travel writer on the move frequently.

Bought this because I started a new business and wanted an upgrade from my previous Surface I bought in 2015. That Surface still works great and use it for personal. New surface is even better!

I absolutely loved my Surface Pro 3 for years. I felt is was time to upgrade and oh man am I glade I did. Microsoft really stepped their game up with this Microsoft -Surface Pro 7 - 12.3” Touch Screen - Intel Core i5 -8GB Memory -128GB Solid State Drive (latestModel) - Platinum. While the appearance has not changed much, the added features are game changers. Looking back I should have opted for more storage but the wonderful world of micro SD cards has taken care of that in a very inexpensive way. I still use my Surface Pro 3 fairly often ( goes to show you these Surface Pros will stand the test of time) but this Surface Pro 7 is still mygo to and will be for years to come. I ended up buying one for my entire team. Would highly recommend.

The Surface Pro 7 is an amazing, versatile tool for not only the student, but the artist, and copyeditor. Do not discount the small size, you will not be disappointed with the performance!

Having been an iPad user for years, I absolutely love the versatility and speed the surface pro offers. The add-on keyboard and pen aren’t required, but they are great to have! Microsoft has outdone themselves on this one!

This is the first non-Apple product I have purchased in a while and while I still prefer Apple, this Surface Pro is a pretty nice machine. Because I use G-suite it integrates really well with my phone and laptop which are both Apple so I am pretty happy with it overall. I really haven't used it that long or that much but I have done several Zoom sessions on it, some hooked up to an external monitor and that worked great. I've also watched live TV and Netflix and that worked well although to my eyes the picture is a bit washed out compared to the retina screens on my Apple devices even though the resolution on the Surface is supposedly higher. The keyboard cover is nice too, especially on a desk or table... because it is bendable, it doesn't work great on my lap. I like the magnetic charger and the battery live and charging time are ok, not great but okay.

Really love this tablet and accessories. It works great and does everything I need for both work and personal. It’s easy to use and great quality overall. I would definitely recommend this.

I had purchased the Surface Pro 7 and my thought into 3 week use. First it easy to set up like every window pc, create login/login, update and install your software and it ready to use. After 3 week into using the device I do notice the temperature get really hot when using heavy software usage which device was not intended for. The internal storage get full real fast, luckly there micro sd card for expansion. for somewhat reason the speaker location near the bezel kind of feel razor sharp. then for some what reason, i just notice some part of the screen edge is kind of sharp, like as if the screen is warping and causing some seating issue or maybe it just me. Other than that it is a window pc/tablet so it perform it regular task fine, but just to pricey (accessory is a must have but suck your wallet dry).

Start up and loading is quick, good for when I need to pull up a drawing for my projects while on the phone with the client. Size is great, fits perfectly in my bag. Light weight, makes it easy for me to carry it while I walk the job sites and compare work to the design.

I bought this device because I constantly need to do work on the go. What makes this product great is that there are no limitations to what it can do. I used to use an Ipad and it was incredibly limited. I wish the device came with a thunderbolt rather than a regular usb-c, but that is a minor complaint. I also love the expandable storage with a micro sd card. I'd highly recommend the surface over any iPad or android device by a long shot.

Perfect size and fits easily into my work bag. I've seen many reviews talking about the lack of battery life so I am being very deliberate about taking care of it from the beginning.

Super fast, super light, perfect!! This is everything I’ve ever wanted in a computer. And with the addition of a Bluetooth keyboard, it’s amazing!

I bought this for my daughter to take to college. She can do school work on it and she can use her creative talents to draw and entertain herself as well. Big screen and easily carried in her backpack.

We were actually looking for conventional notebooks but our new employee suggested that Surface Pro is very light and still powerful. Many of our sales people are planning to move on to Surface on the next notebook.

The Surface Pro line had always intrigued me and while it took me a while to move on from a traditional laptop form-factor, I'm glad I did. The Surface Pro 7 is as light as a feather compared to my former laptop and is a breeze to carry around all over. The specifications are more than enough for my needs. If you don't game, program or work with high-intensity graphics programs, then this should have more than enough power. My only minor complaint so far is that the bezels on the screen are a bit too much. It would have been nicer to see them trimmed down or bettery yet, opt in for an infinity-esque screen. Despite that, all I can say is that I wish I picked up a Surface Pro computer a long time ago!

The surface has been really fast for my uses, and the touch screen is awesome. The I.O. is awesome with both a USBc and USBa. Battery life is awesome and the windows hello is soooo fast. Great device!

Very easy setup. Love facial log on and touch screen operation. Portability outstanding pen operation is excellent just write what to do in your own handwriting such an easy way of entering data.

MS Surface Pro is what computer/tablet that I recommend for any sales person on the go. Compact, yet fast and fully functional. Add in an SD card and you have more than enough storage.

Works great! Loads quickly and is really versatile. Huge upgrade from my last laptop. Only downside is battery life isn't great. If I am using Zoom and webrowser to hang out with friends the battery only lasts 3-4 hours before I need to plug in.
