Everything I needed for a tablet, but it is much more. I consider it a compact laptop. Great speed, lightweight, just enough memory.

Just like the next stage in our personal and work lives, there comes a time for the next step in our technology life and it doesn’t need to be a challenge. After retiring I needed to upgrade my laptop and i was scared. I found this to be simple, light and familiar in this Surface Pro. No need to learn anything new and the built in security, that has always been a concern, has given me no worries. It’s new and improved. Thank you MicroSoft.

This product is great if you're working outside the office. It's light and doesn't take much space to store in you backpack.

I love my surface pro. Its versatile, easy to use, and connects with everything I try to VERY easily. (TVs, headphones, etc). I primarily use this computer to browse the internet, and watch movies/tv shows, etc. I wouldnt change anything about the computer other than maybe it could be a bit more durable. I had to buy a second one about 1.5 years in to owning my first because I dropped it about 2 feet on pavement. My fault but the screen SHATTERED. overall a great price for a great product.

Install was easy, it runs my art programs well, and is very sleek and portable. Thanks for another 'best-buy' Bestbuy!

Removing cost from the equation this is a great device, great battery good performance, great experience but cost is a factor and the fact is you can get a better device for a better price. Accessories are expensive and whatever the price you're paying, add another $150-$250 to get the keyboard and stylus. At this price point you can get an XPS device with superior performance. Personally I went with a surface over XPS due to quality issues with XPS devices. Your milage may vary but I'm an IT professional and have lots of experience behind my decision.

I needed a new laptop so I decided to go ahead and treat myself to this on cyber Monday. I'm very glad I did! So far it's a great tablet and it really helps me being a student. It has a lot of great features. It's especially easy on the hands with the touch screen, and I think any student would appreciate something like this! The computer basically set itself up, and that is something unheard of. So for those who want to save time on setting up a new device, this is definitely a bonus.
