I loved the burnt red keyboard the moment I saw it on display! It was so easy on the eyes and it felt like real keys, and was easy to use. I liked so many things about this little laptop I couldn't wait to get it home. So, you can imagine my disappointment when I plugged it in, after finally realizing the little spike with the metal pieces was to fit into a side slot on the monitor (I am not a techie!) There were no written instructions on how to set this up...it was all on the computer once you got it hooked to the power source. The next problem was finding the information needed to connect it to wifi - we had all kinds of numbers on the little gadget but couldn't read them without taking a photo and enlarging it which wasn't easy because I didn't dare uplug anything for fear I wouldn't it back together. Then we tried the set of numbers of the required length which had both numbers and letters. ..the keyboard wouldn't take the letters! In the process of moving the laptop I took hold of the top and felt how warm it had gotten in just the 30 minutes (or less) that it had been on; it was very warm. I figured that was going to be a problem for me. So, we sadly unplugged everything, and returned the pretty keyboard and the nice sized laptop. I also had liked that the keyboard came off so the monitor could be used as an Ipad. I was glad to have the 14 day trial period. Now I'm in a quandry, not knowing what to do and I know my 2009 PC with the old OS before Word 10 is probably going to just die one of these days.

I like how it is not complicated to work on, brings up sites quickly, easy to move around in!

they have really made some nice improvements! The pen is amazing and I love how I am able to take notes while having the browser up at the same time. The pen design has been flawless so far with no problems. The keyboard is sturdy with a nice feel to the keys and the back light is a very nice improvement. It has been running very smoothe and able to handle my very demanding work program with ease. I am very happy with this tablet!

Great upgrade from the Surface pro 3. Face unlock and instant unlock are great and it runs things smooth. Liked the Surface X’s bezels but going with the Intel chip seemed like there was less compromises. With trade in, was a good value too.
