I absolutely love this computer. I use it to login remotely to work and it's so easy and fast. I don't spend time waiting for it to load up like other laptops. I open it, it recognizes me and bam I'm working. I can't believe I never looked into purchasing a surface before. I would definitely recommend it for work or school. It is thin and fast...couldn't ask for more!!!

I really like using the Surface Pro. Got it as a replacement for a laptop and have not looked back. Love the size for travel. Loads of power and resources for a standard office laptop replacement. Easy connect power supply. Only wish is that it had at least one more USB port. But with a small USB hub or the Surface dock you have all the ports most user will need.

Light as a feather, and love the attachable keyword! Went with the red one!

I loved my old Surface so when it died I upgraded to this one. I was on a tight budget so I did look around for cheaper options, but I was so used to using Surface and my old one was great so I bought this. I did not purchase the pen because I never used it, so I did not see a reason to spend more than a hundred dollars on one. But the Surface works great! I know right now the price on this is more affordable.

The handwriting to text is great! However programs and on occasion the computer itself crash. Computer is fast and responsive when everything is running like it should even with several programs running. Facial recognition is awesome! Works in many different conditions. Super easy to connect to network printers and other such devices. Using the pen and keyboard make the computer that much better. Well worth the investment.

Works amazing. I just wish you didn't have to buy all the parts separately (keyboard and pen) unless you want to end up spending more money. I have had no problem with the screen getting too hot or a bad battery like some say and I used it almost everyday. I found one of the notepad apps to be super helpful for school. Especially O Chem.

This laptop is great. I bought it for school and personal use. I had to pleasure of trying it out in 2019 and fell in love with it. The only other product that I think can come close is a macbook. There are so many options to choose from which also adjusts the price. Can be used as a tablet or laptop. It's small and thin. Best money I've spent on a laptop by far.

For 3 weeks this worked great. I had upgraded from an older Surface and this one was so much faster. Then during the second time i was charging it, it got so hot that i couldn't touch it. And a brown burn splotch started in the left bottom corner and was growing. I immediately took the charger off, let it cool and then restarted it. After that, i tried charging it again and the same thing happened. The touchscreen also stopped working. Luckily i was in the return window and i returned it. I am looking at other options because i don't trust that it won't happen again. And what if it happens at a later time? If this doesn't happen to you, the Surface Pro is a great unit. The size is great and it runs Office Suite. I had 7 years with my old Surface with no issues at all.
