Very happy with this laptop. Purchased it for my wife for her birthday and she has been playing with it ever since. It was easy to get going on and works great for phot editing, Zooming, and web surfing (which is what she uses it for. Would recommend to anyone looking for something versatile and fun to use.

It's a great computer, lightweight a s fast. My son loves it.

This device is perfect for working on the go when I don't feel like lugging my laptop around... good display and fast enough for my needs. The camera is almost too clear on my zooms! My only complaint so far is that the virus scan blocks chrome from downloading files. I have to use the Edge browser to download.

The person who took down my address wrote my name and address in wrong and I had to jump through hoops for 3 days to get the delivery straightened out via phone, waiting on hold, and going to my local post office 2 separate times. In summary, I have no regrets buying this product, but all the regret buying it from Best Buy.

if you're working with something older or don't have this type of device in your life, it's one of the best 2-in-1s available. The Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 is better all around as a laptop, if that's your primary concern, but the Surface Pro sets the bar for 2-in-1s in the Windows-tablet mode. I would definitely recommend buying the pen and keyboard

I’ve been a surface fan since the first generation and not disappointed with this latest model. I’d like to see them update the format like they did with the Surface Pro X and hope that is a future upgrade, but this works great for the way I use it for work Apps and mostly emailing and browsing.

You have to spend a little more for a Surface product but it’s a very nice package. Good performance, nice screen, accessories work very well. The downsides are - not lap friendly with the keyboard, also sometimes the camera and mic don’t play well with some software. Overall this is much better than most cheap/mid-range models from other brands for those who don’t mind that it’s not really a laptop.

This is my second Surface Pro, my first was a SP3. I spent time looking through the website finding what works best for me. I bought it on sale, and I was able to trade in my old unit. Best Buy staff was a big help. Unit works great. I have Office and Adobe and a few other programs. All work well.

After a month of owning my surface pro 7, I can say this is the best device for those individuals who are on the go often. It is easy to stop and resume your work from one place to another. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is that this is not the proper device if you’re trying to be comfortable while doing work because of the need to have the back stand.

This laptop is my absolute favorite! Perfect size, amazing touch screen feel and it hasn't scratched yet, flexible AND sturdy kickstand. Shame that the keyboard and pen come separate, but with all three paired together it is the ultimate trio. And the magnetic attachment is flawless! Charging cable, keyboard, and pen attach with magnets that make converting and moving easy!

Product works great unless using as a second display.

Nice to only have to carry 1 device. The processor is fast for multitasking.
