As a teacher who is currently dealing with online learning and getting a masters, this computer is under stress. It has not given out on me yet and continues to run smoothly! (No matter how many apps and tabs I have open).

I've only ever used PC/Microsoft. I've had a surface pro 3 before so the only issue I have is that I basically could've just stayed using the pro3, like nothing has honestly changed in terms of design. Performance is obviously better but could use new looks or more style

Great laptop and a powerful one at that. Manage to play a few pc games and even vr decently. Only thing is why they don't include the surface keyboard and pen with it inside the box, all together why?? For this price point really mucrosoft. But great laptop.

I love this computer. It is the best of both the tablet and laptop worlds. With a dock, touch mouse and a couple of monitors this is my complete workstation on the job. Easy to unplug and take to class or to meetings.

The build quality of this device is superb! Microsoft have really outdone themselves here. I used to have a Surface Pro 4 but thanks to a bulging battery needed to upgrade. I hope they have fixed that one issue.

As the title stated the battery life on this device is not what I was expecting. Got around 5 and a half hours on one charge. The other issues I had were the screen would sometimes flicker if the brightness was low, probably due to the refresh rate. I also think that windows is not a great tablet platform. It's ok but windows has a while to go to catch up to apple or even android for that matter. Of course you do get the full capability of windows which is nice but the device is still limited by it's hardware. All in all unless you need windows get a tablet and even still of you have a desktop you can just use remote desktop if it's something that is only needed occasionally.

I love my new Surface Pro 7! The geeks worked with me to transfer my sites and files to the new one and spent almost two hours teaching me how to use it. I left feeling confident and supported.

I bought it for my wife during this pandemic and to replace her 7+ years old Mac. She loves it as she can take anywhere while she takes care of her business or during a zoom Zumba class, also it is use for at home schooling.

Bought this to replace an older chromebook. Works great, much more powerful. Only has a single USB, so if you are going to use a USB keyboard and mouse with it, you will want to get a hub. Other than that this things great!

This is my second Surface and I love that my old keyboard and pen work with the new one. I was afraid they weren't interchangeable and I would have to purchase a new set. Solid tablet and easily transportable! Love it!

Bought to replace a Surface Pro 4 that did not have enough memory to run SAS University Edition and Microsoft Teams at the same time. Gives all the convenience of a tablet but is powerful enough to be your only computer.

I debated whether it would be worth purchasing over a standard laptop since I would only be using it for school and work. Glad I bought it, very easy to use and great for people who like to switch between tablet and laptop forms.

This Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is a game changer! I love this product! It runs so smoothly and it was easy to set up. Also, it has a lot of great features on there that are helpful such as facial recognition. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.

plenty of power for most users, my daughter even plays her SIMS 4, and Zoo simulation games with no issues. battery life is above average although if using video conf. application battery only lasts between 5 and 6 hours

I was in love from the first time I turned it on. It is fast easy to use and versatile. Way easier to lug around than a standard laptop. I like being able to lay it flat and write my notes with the pen like a notepad.

Love my surface pro........ its quick and responds beautifully with all my software. Surface pro pen works beautifully. I would highly recommend this pc.

Easy to load programs digitally and set up without needing any geek knowledge. It’s very portable and convenient to use anywhere. The Surface Pro is exceptionally well made and very user friendly. Very worth the price!

I am not a huge gamer. Mostly I use this for internet, making lists, the occasional drawing. Stylus works well, rarely use the mouse. I have the keyboard as well. Very slick device and suits what I use it for well.

I love this computer! I used to have a macbook pro, but this is much better for me since I needed windows software. I love the sleek design and that I am able to change the type covers. It is super lightweight and easy to carry.

Great surface. Had to replace my Dell Inspiron that just wouldn't turn on. I love the surface for its flexibility like a tablet. I bought a monitor for a larger screen though.
