I bought it because you've had it on sale at a consistent price, prior to and subsequent to the global supply chain break down for "chips". Figured that with supply buckling, inflation coming, I better go ahead and get while the getting is good, and lo and behold, it's EXCELLENT and I have no regrets. I haven't looked this week, but I bet that when your old inventory gets really thin, the price will spike. Heck, it went back up to $899.00 before I bought my unit.

The design is very nice. Easy to carry around and really light weight. Thus is way better than ipad because its an actual computer.

I'm enjoying my Surface 7. It was very easy to get it set up similar to my Surface 3. I love the hello sign in.

Love this! Traded in my air mac for this surface pro 7. Easy to use, does it all and really light and handy to travel with.

Super clean design and can handle most things you throw at it. But the battery life isn't the best. Sometimes it's last 4ish hours. Other times it's drains in a flash

I've been using a Mac for many years and now due to the way we do business via technology, I must now be flexible. I love this device. I just have to learn to use it. The challenge that I am having is placing the screen protector cover over it, getting all of the air bubbles out and when I finally did, I can't click on an icon and open it-had to remove it. So now I've wasted $ on this screen protector. I'm hoping someone from Best Buy could help me with this challenge. Otherwise, once I'm fully up to speed on the features, this is going to be an awesome device to have.

Super fast and great for almost anything. Great quality and screen resolution.

I recommend getting a decent cover with a strap so you can hold it with a hand. Also a shoulder strap if you are using it in customer service and walking around.

This was the perfect gift for my granddaughter. She uses it for all of her complex homework and her mom is able to use it for work.

I've had no issues with this, and it has functioned great as a laptop replacement. The only reason I took away a star was because there weren't any "wow" features. I upgraded from a Surface Pro 3 so was expecting it to feel more impressive. That may be an unfair criticism though. The other reason for taking away a star is that these still don't come with a keyboard. For the price, that's ridiculous. Anyway, I would still definitely recommend it. Have had no issues since purchasing.
