I recommend getting a decent cover with a strap so you can hold it with a hand. Also a shoulder strap if you are using it in customer service and walking around.

This is my second Surface and I love the quality and the functionality of this device. I use this one for personal use for household record keeping, emails, social media, and photo editing. The only reason I purchased a new one after 4 years is because I accidentally dropped my old one our tile for and cracked the screen and bent the frame bad enough that it could not be repaired. I hope to have the same success with the quality and longevity of this one as my first one.

This a compact, easy to transport computer. The touch screen is very useful as is the clip on keyboard.

This was the perfect gift for my granddaughter. She uses it for all of her complex homework and her mom is able to use it for work.

I've had no issues with this, and it has functioned great as a laptop replacement. The only reason I took away a star was because there weren't any "wow" features. I upgraded from a Surface Pro 3 so was expecting it to feel more impressive. That may be an unfair criticism though. The other reason for taking away a star is that these still don't come with a keyboard. For the price, that's ridiculous. Anyway, I would still definitely recommend it. Have had no issues since purchasing.

This was a gift. I don’t ever use it it. My wife seems to like it she uses it quite a lot with no complaints. She says it’s easy to navigate.

I was going to get the IPad Pro but I’m so happy I got this. Only downside is the battery doesn’t last as long as I hoped.

This Surface Pro is an excellent computer. The screen is great. It has all the features of a laptop but compact like a tablet.

So glad I was able to just set it up and go! So light, and love being able to stand it up or lay in down. Excellent quality.

Definitely worth the research and decision to purchase the Surface Pro. it has not disappointed me in the least. It was beautifully wrapped in a protective box. Easy to set up and start using. Has a pretty good battery charge. Compact. I've used laptops and desktops for years. My first Surface computer and so glad I switched. It does everything those other bulkier models did. You won't be disappointed.

Solid tablet. Runs Photoshop well and my Steam games without high graphics requirements well.

Lots of great features when you ad the pen to it. Has mid range performance allowing a decent platform for work productivity.

This is a very nice tablet and is convertible to a laptop just by adding a wireless keyboard. The Surface Pro Pen is also a great addition when purchasing this.
