It was beautifully wrapped in a protective box. Easy to set up and start using. Has a pretty good battery charge. Compact. I've used laptops and desktops for years. My first Surface computer and so glad I switched. It does everything those other bulkier models did. You won't be disappointed.

It handles most tasks just fine and takes quite a bit of use before it will noticeable throttle it’s performance due to heat. I recently used tried Steams new streaming feature and was playing destiny 2 on it. Overall very impressed. I’ve owned several of these over the years and this is the best version yet. I highly recommend getting a External SSD and using it for loading everything on to so that you save your internal dive space for windows.
