I have owned all the top table brands and in my opinion Microsoft is the best. Quality construction and the ability to use this product as a tablet or pc. Make it great for any task. Other companies are just now catching up to what I have been able to do with my surface. Mouse, pen, keyboard, or touchscreen. And I use it for work and home. If you want versatility you want surface pro

I'm a Mac guy so I'm not crazy about Windows, but the actual device is great! The main thing about Windows I don't like as a tablet, is that half the time it doesn't recognize that I don't have a keyboard attached, and I have to manually switch it to tablet mode. I wish it there was a mode that was SUPER simple like iOS so I could couch surf easily. But I'm a casual user, and I think the pro would love this device.
