    I bought the surface pro 7 and loved it for the first week. Then it went downhill, It would turn off randomly and wouldn't turn back on for at least 10 minutes. Also had problems with it being slow and unresponsive. I returned it and got a second one thinking it was just a lemon but had the same problems with the second. Ended up returning it again and got a different computer that is working much better.

    This new Surface is much like my prior one. It is a shame that Microsoft now wants $$ for the Office system, including Outlook. I now have to depend on my local email system which isn't as good as Outlook. I asked my Geek Squad member who initiated the service for me where the paperwork is. He had no idea. No 'service books' - what a shame. If Microsoft wants us to be pleased with the product, they have to go the route for us. I have no directions to refer to...poor.
