Then it went downhill, It would turn off randomly and wouldn't turn back on for at least 10 minutes. Also had problems with it being slow and unresponsive. I returned it and got a second one thinking it was just a lemon but had the same problems with the second. Ended up returning it again and got a different computer that is working much better.

It is a shame that Microsoft now wants $$ for the Office system, including Outlook. I now have to depend on my local email system which isn't as good as Outlook. I asked my Geek Squad member who initiated the service for me where the paperwork is. He had no idea. No 'service books' - what a shame. If Microsoft wants us to be pleased with the product, they have to go the route for us. I have no directions to refer to...poor.
