It is a shame that Microsoft now wants $$ for the Office system, including Outlook. I now have to depend on my local email system which isn't as good as Outlook. I asked my Geek Squad member who initiated the service for me where the paperwork is. He had no idea. No 'service books' - what a shame. If Microsoft wants us to be pleased with the product, they have to go the route for us. I have no directions to refer to...poor.

I’ve had multiple iPad pros and I really like them but software has been an issue. Since surface pro has improved their pen and drawing ability and along with being a fill on. Imputed running windows 10, it’s been a pleasure to use. Where I used multiple devices before, I can do it all in the surface pro and at a great price too.
