He is in construction and needs to write a lot of reports when he is out in the field. He can draw layouts and type of reports when needed. He was previously using my MacBook Air and he said this is a big better upgrade. He said it’s the best tablet ever!

Whole point of a laptop is to have reliable battery life when out of the house.

My Microsoft Surface was damaged in flight and they were able to help me buy a replacement, transfer my information from the old surface and set it up. All while being exceptionally polite.

It is reliable and what we call a “workhorse”. We had a bit of trouble with the latest model, but tech support jumped right in and it works perfectly. What can I say Microsoft, always dependable. Needless to say, price is always right at Best Buy.
