Surface great for university work

Excellent Exceptional Service

My Microsoft Surface was damaged in flight and they were able to help me buy a replacement, transfer my information from the old surface and set it up. All while being exceptionally polite.

The best combo PC I have tested yet

Real horsepower and tablet functionality all in one. Windows update was painfully slow and required several reboots, nothing outside "normal" but in this day and age, kind of a step back versus other PC's (I have a Lenovo Thinkpad as well) right out from the box. Excellent balance for weight/power/battery life.

It is reliable and what we call a “workhorse”. We had a bit of trouble with the latest model, but tech support jumped right in and it works perfectly. What can I say Microsoft, always dependable. Needless to say, price is always right at Best Buy.
