Very good product at a fair price. Easy setup and good performance.

I am very happy with my purchase the and the pen is amazing and worth adding. The hardest decision is deciding whether or not I should up grade to the i7. The i5 has passive cooling and is completely silent. The i7, however comes with more powerful CPU, GPU and Ram, at the cost of fans. Very tough decision to make.

Got the surface pro and I love it so far. Had purchased it without the keyboard cover but quickly realized that really was a critical part of making this a great 2 in 1 so don't skimp. Tablet mode isn't as easy to navigate as a dedicated tablet but it's pretty hard to find a 12.3" tablet that's as well built.

this is our 10 year old daughters and she has really learned to type amazing for her age... and this surface pro has amazing programs for learning and creativity... we love this... the only thing we would change is how the charger plugs in.... it wears quickly and has had to be replaced once already.

It's a good machine; did what I needed it to do, but it is not great to use as a "laptop" - the kickstand is just in the right spot to rest right in the middle of my knees and makes using it for more than a few minutes uncomfortable. It's good if you want to use it as a tablet or at a desk/table.

Love this laptop! It saved me during COVID days of teaching classes from home. This is my personal laptop and it is much better than my company provided laptop. The pen is essential when teaching math and grading papers. I couldn't do my job without it!

Great Little machine. Runs what i need it to. Used for work

I was a full Macbook user for years. I loved the way I could use my iphone and transfer date via airdrop easily. Making the switch to a Surface Pro 7 made me nervous but I love it. It has all the functionality I need for work. I don't think I could go back to a Macbook now. I don't even miss the airdrop.

My daughter needed a reliable computer for school, and this purchase was perfect for her. The battery life on this laptop is much better than other laptops. It has plenty of memory to handle all of her needs storing School files and her music collection. It also has plenty of memory and will last her a long time.

Microsoft has come a long, long way. The features in the pen, the design, and responsiveness put this way ahead of the fruit company's competitive option. My graphic design daughter tried both, and this won hands down. Loves using the Adobe software suite with this machine.

I have enjoyed my Surface Pro7 since the day i got it. it does all that i need it to plus some. It detaches from the keyboard and then becomes a tablet!! Two in one !! i love it. i have nothing bad to say about the surface pro except its been running great since i got it

I love it. Its my go to now. I have a desktop, 15 hp, 12 inch table but I do everything on my pro. I would recommend to everyone. There is so much to do on here. I learn a new task everyday. Color is great, speakers are great. I bought the pen, keyboard and mouse which are great accessories.

Love the product. Just wish it could be a bit more helpful to load it . Maybe some written instructions for us older folks who have difficulty multi-tasking on the PC and doing installation . Had curbside pick up , should have waited for the time you were open for in-person appointment .

Nice tablet but don't push it very hard? Does get hot
