It works so fast and has great facial recognition.

I absolutely love this tablet/laptop! I bought it for school and I’ve been using it daily for everything I need or want to do. It plays Xbox games, makes a great drawing pad, and fulfills my needs for a laptop perfectly!

So far I really like this product. I am anticipating using this for all of my online college classes, so I will let you know how easy it is to use once we begin. I was hard connecting the wifi to my school but 3 hrs later we finally got it. I do like the features that are on it so far though.

This is my second surface pro. The first was a pro 3 and still going strong, even with the cracked screen. The choice to upgrade to the 7, or just buy a new screen, was a toss up. Bought the pro3 @ six years ago so that’s why the new purchase

Great for work. Very clear video calls. I am taking a star off because, for some reason, the screen randomly gets very pixelated. This error, which seems like the computer is freezing, happens more with more tabs or programs open. Otherwise, I really love this tablet.

The price is acceptable (only $699) now. And I like Microsoft product design! Besides, the operating system is Windows, which means it's more general than ios. Thus, I prefer Surface pro to iPad pro.

As a writer, I needed a computer that had a backlit keyboard since I like writing in the dark most days. My old computer just wasn’t cutting it. This one has gone above and beyond my expectations and I’m loving it!

in this pandemic, since I am a teacher, I needed a functional computer that could produce assignments and have virtual meetings and classes. The surface pro has bested my expectations with its processing speed and abilities. I am very happy with it!

The overall product is good so far. I actually have a Surface Pro 4 for work so I was familiar with the product. I haven’t use this one as much as I brought it for school which has not started yet. It means my needs for what I need it for

I like these so much, we have two in the house. A great feature is the SD card slot to add more storage space. Too many features to mention. Perfect for daily use and for my masters program.

When I purchased this laptop the keyboard wasn't available but I thought I would find it anyway after 3 months I didn't find it

Did not meet my expectations. Could not get to to seamlessly connect with my other Microsoft office devices. I bought it for portability, but without the connection it did not function well for me

Faced heating problems initially but were fixed with couple of updates. Awesome battery life. Good video quality. Connects well with wifi.

I have to remember this is a computer, not a tablet. Get the pen or a mouse or keyboard if you really want it to be useful. Keep trying to use it as a touchscreen tablet. It works but some difficulty there. Once I bought the pen, it works well. Even better with the mouse and the keyboard.

I was hesitant about spending a lot of money on a Surface Pro but it was so worth it. I had to upgrade my old laptop to meet school requirements. If you are looking for a great investment in yourself or anything I high recommend getting one!

I love this computer so much! Had I had this back in college I would have probably been a better student! I love being able to take notes and not waste sooo much paper! I am so happy with this computer it works great for me and my small business!

My husband is very happy with his Surface pro. Only downside is they came out with a new version of Windows just weeks after purchasing this one. I wish that would have been a free upgrade!

I got this for my college student. After having it for the semester, I asked how is it working. The response received is "it comes in handy." I haven't heard of any complaints nor any requests for a laptop as a secondary.

I Highly recommend the Ramon, the Microsoft Expert at the Erie, PA Best buy location. He and the store manager were very helpful in helping me with my new Surface Pro 7 purchase and explaining the extended warranty information.

I am a college student and would definitely recommend the Surface Pro for note taking and reviewing power point slides! I have used my Surface Pro for creating designs for Tshirts as well.
