I love the surface pro. I used one for years at work. Decided to purchase one during these trying times. I love that I can use it as a tablet or like a laptop. I like it better than a laptop. Purchased on sale and got a great deal.

I am incredibly pleased with my purchase from Best Buy. This is the 2nd Microsoft Surface I've purchased from Best Buy. The price was within my budget and the product is one I trust for my computing needs.

super slow, i bought the case with it and its impossible to hold without it being on a flat surface like a tablet or it will fold and its just not comfy It got extremely hot with just basic tasks like drawing, zoom, or youtube... The battery life was horrible main reason i returned it.. finger prints stick to it, didnt like how you convert it into a laptop you have to pull back the stand. really unconvient thank you to bestbuy tho they refunded full price :) <3

Originally, I was looking for a tablet for now and a laptop further down the road. After talking to an associate, I realized that this Surface Pro took care of both options with a single device. I am very happy and satisfied with it.

I am just now learning how to find my way around how to and manage this computer. so different from what i had. i just discovered that i need a different cable connection to my larger monitor. can you help me with that?

I had worked with a pro 3 for about 3 years. (company computer) Decided to buy my own personal laptop. Love the Surface Pro 7. Setup was easy, love the face recognition. Love the new keyboard cover. Very pleased with it.

I love my new device. I almost took it back because my bose wireless headphone were not playing from the device although they were connected. I learned there are some deep settings that need to be change to fix this problem.

First charge was very hot, wasn’t like burning but you can’t really hold it for watching video. I understand it wasn’t designed to hold in hand all the time but for $699 purchase I wouldn’t risk it but returning it.

Purchased the Surface Pro 7 on line through the Geek Squad phone number; it was surprisingly easy and I got the product I wanted. Having the Surface set up by Geek Squad and will pick it up on Monday.

I have wanted a Surface for quite sometime. My brother purchased it first and recommended it. I work from home twice a week. It has lived up to my expectations and then some. Would definitely recommend to others.

I purchased it to teach virtual classes. The camera is so good that I teach on whiteboard and livestream. The students have liked the video quality. The quality of recorded videos is also good.

The disappointment in using this product begins that it blacked out and then never came back on. Trouble shooting was a nightmare. Microsoft customer care was very nice but equally a nightmare. I run a business and the item failed and Microsoft offers no realistic solutions outside of waiting 5 business days for a “box” to come to my house to ship item back to them. And then wait 14 business days for processing. Plus another 5 business days to get it back. Or I could purchase the item with them outright and they will send it to me in. 5 business days from time of purchase. Not acceptable. I went to Best Buy who was more than happy to replace for me and gave the ultimate customer care in making me feel comfortable. I almost decided to purchase the Apple Mac Air but the touch screen was the main reason I like the tablet and it’s keen to my business to gain signatures. I was told by the BB specialist after I prodded that this item had a higher than normal return for the “blackout”issue. I ended up upgrading to the more expensive 250GB hD 8GB Ram.
